BMP Billet Head Kits
The Bikeman Performance billet head kits give you the best of
both worlds with excellent horsepower gains and better cooling
capacity. Our billet head kits utilize an improved squish band,
new pocket design, and slightly more compression for pump gas
friendly horsepower. High elevation heads can gain up to 20 lbs of
compression. High altitude gains of 10 HP through the midrange
and 6-8 HP peak. Low altitude gains of 5 HP through the midrange
and 4-5 HP peak.

BMP Performance Manifolds
BMP has taken the snowmobile industry by storm with its
powerful bolt on performance manifolds. All of our manifolds
fit just like the stock ones except for the 2003-2004 F6/F7
models which come with a new pipe support mount. Our biggest gains come on our 1000 manifold with as much as 12-14
hp gain from just the manifold alone. But even the rest make
a 4-5 hp gain simply by replacing your stock manifold with our
powerful versions. You will really feel the throttle response
increase from the higher flowing BMP manifold. The new
800ho manifold for 2012 makes a 5 gain gain in the mid range
and 4 lb/ft of torque. They are available in black or ceramic
coat silver. No fuel mods are required, we simply suggest 91
octane or more in most instances. Easy bolt on performance!!

BMP Stealth & Fatt Azz Single Pipes
Stealth and Fatt Azz Single Performance Pipes: Our line of performance exhaust systems are many years in
the making. Ever model is individually developed and rigorously tested on our dyno an in the field. All of
our pipes use the stock mounting and fit into the stock muffler or our lightweight mufflers for easy installation. Our 600 and 700 Stealth pipes you can actually reinstall your stock heat shield for a Stealth look, or
you can run without the heat shield. The 600 stealth pipes work best with the stock exhaust manifold and
the 700 stealth pipes you can run with the stock manifold or upgrade to our bmp manifold for even greater
power. Inline fuel reducers or power commanders are optional on the 600 and 700 Stealth pipes if you want
to lean them out for even greater power, but not required for the pipes to work.
Our larger volume pipes we call our Fatt Azz single pipes. These
are for the 700 ported, 800 big bore, 800, 900 big bore, 1000
and 1200 big bores. These all require the use of our BMP performance manifolds and the use of a fuel controller such as a power
commander. One thing you will notice about our pipes is not only
do they make great horsepower gains, but they produce large
gains in torque. What this does for you is give your sled motor
a much stronger gruntier feel to it. You can run much heavier
clutch weights to put the power to the ground much more .
Some of our competitions pipes make similar horsepower gains,
but our BMP Fatt Azz pipes torque is typically much higher. This
will give you quicker acceleration and better throttle response
with a very broad power band. Our 1000 pipes even come with
a set of our exhaust valve spacers which provide an additional 14
horsepower from 6500-6800 rpm! No one else in the industry has
not only peak horsepower gains, but the largest torque and mid
range gains. Our Fatt Azz for the 800, 900, and 1200 big bores
have been known by not only us, but many other aftermarket
engine companies as the quite simply the best pipes to use on
big bores. Some pipes have a larger outlet and come with a new
larger donut gasket and fit right into the stock muffler our lightweight mufflers. For trail riding, mountain bashing, lake racing,
drag racing, hill climbing, for all types of powerful aggressive riding. Smooth, reliable, aggressive horsepower!! Get a Fatt Azz on

This is one of the best exhaust deals on the market. Our pipe mods are proven and get rave reviews from
customers! Gains are huge for the price! This is a great mod no one will ever know you have done. Heat
shields fit back on the pipe along with all stock mounting, and it fits right back into your stock muffler, our
BMP mufflers.Simply take your heat shield off, box up the pipe so it wont be damaged, put your name and
phone number in the box (attached to the pipe preferably) along with any other modifications you have
done. We will then call you when we receive your pipe and take down the rest of your information.

Arctic Cat Full Velocity Mufflers
Our lightweight Full Velocity mufflers are all developed on our Superflow Dynomometer to assure they produce the same or more horsepower than stock. Some of our mufflers like the Cat 800ho and 1000 are as
much as 16 lbs lighter than stock!! Other models are between 8-10lbs lighter. These mufflers utilize mechanical baffles that never need repacking. They have a deep throaty sound to them, and usually only a few more
decibals than stock. No other changes nessecary. Available in high temp black paint or ceramic chrome finish.

Arctic Cat Bolt-On KIts
Our bolt on performer kit have been putting smiles on peoples faces for many years now. We try to keep
it simple and group the parts to give you the “Best Bang for Your Buck”. But more importantly these kits
work! What we have done this year is stage our Bolt-On Performer kits. This allows you to better understand
our kits, and make it easier for you to compare them.
Stage 1: Your classic Bolt-On Performer kit. Including all simply plug and play components that do not require much time to install. These kits offer the best performance gains for your money. Some may require
you to send your pipe in for modification. Please see application chart.
Stage 2: The next level of performance. Here we take your Bolt-On Performer kit and finish it off with a
billet head. This increases cooling capacity for lower and more consistand cooling temps. Not to mention a
great gain is seen in horsepower and torque, especially in higher elevations.
Stage 3: This is where we start to get serious. Bolt-on’s will impress you and others, but when its time to
show your buddies who’s boss this is where you need to turn. Top off your BOPK with BMP’s professional cylinder porting to gain that extra edge. Leave your porting to the professionals, we have the best port maps in
the biz!!! Be sure to send cylinders with your exhaust valves!

For the new sno pro 500 we have come out with this cool trail package that makes it into one fun sled trail
sled!Stock the 500 only makes just over 80 horsepower. With our new cast nikasil bore cylinders, pistons,
billet head, y pipe and single pipe, you get a sweet 135hp trail monster! We are offering this kit with or

F8 Big Bore for F7/M7/CFR700 and F6/M6/CFR600 - $1975.00 Exhange
Our most popular big bore kit ever and still going strong. A few years ago we started using the oem cat 800
piston and this package really started cranking out huge power! We also spent alot of time developing our
new Fatt Azz single pipe just for this package that works so well we don’t even mention twin pipes for this
motor anymore. We bore out your stock cylinders, do full porting job to them, replate the nikasil, modify
the exhaust valves, add exhaust valve spacers, and cnc machine the stock head. Though many of you may
choose to upgrade to our billet head kit for better cooling. We give you a set of 85mm cast oem pistons,
and a cometic gasket kit. F6 owners require the purchase of our complete kit with cylinders, billet head
and new F7 exhaust valves. This kit makes 170-172 horsepower with a 2.5 degree timing key and our Fatt
Azz single pipe and Y pipe. If you add Boyesen Rage cages it makes 173-175 hp,
then if you add 50 mm throttle bodies it makes 178-180 hp
with huge torque nearing 120 lb/ft! Mountain riders usually
choose to go with our mountain version combustion chamber

800 Big Bore for Sno Pro 600 - $2855
ooking for some more horsepower for your 600? BMP has the answer, and
you don’t need to change your crank or rods to do it like some other companies
have. We start with a set of ported and plated 85mm big bore cylnders then use our trick billet head kit for
extra cooling. You get a new set of exhaust valves, exhaust valve spacers, two new piston kits, and a gasket
set with orings. You can run your stock exhaust, but we recommend one of the following options. First off,
use our F7 performance Y pipe manifold. Then, either send your stock pipe for our pipe mod or you can get
on of our Fatt Azz single pipes for even more power. With the pipe mod and manifold they make 168hp.

F900 Overbore for F8/M8/CFR800 2010-12 - $2195
Sure the new high output motor cranks out some power, but our 900 big bore gives it big block horsepower
for your lightweight sled! We bore out the cylinders to fit our larger forged pistons, extensively port them
and have them replated with fresh nikasil. We CNC machine the head with our larger bore chamber design.
We use our exhaust valve spacers for clearance and mid range power gains and offset timing key. Then add
our HO big bore Fatt Azz single pipe and manifold and we are talking 190 horsepower right into the stock
muffler!! This new motor is one bad Cat! With the
lightweight crankshaft and great timing curve on
the stock HO800 motor, the big bore just works
all the better. EFI controller is required. Install
a set of 50mm throttle bodies for an additional
5 hp and 3 lb/ft of torque. The Boyesen Rage
Cages work best for quick accelleration and

Just like our ever so popular F8 big bore, the F9 big bores is one cool
Cat! I mean you take a 146hp stock machine, bore it out to fit our larger
pistons, extensively port the cylinders and replate, re-chamber the head,
and with our Fatt Azz single pipe and manifold you get a rippin 185-187
horsepower! No crankcase mods required either. You can also upgrade
to our trick billet head with twice the cooling capacity. We suggest a 2.5
degree timing key and Boyesen Rage Cages for optimum power. And of
course the motor absolutely loves 50mm throttle bodies to get a quick
5 more horsepower and 3 more lb/ft of torque! EFI controller required.

The Big and Bad 1200 Big Bore for Cat 1000 Twin - $2415 Exchange
Go Big or Go Home is the moto for this bad boy! How cool is it to be able to have a 1200 cc sled using
the stock cylinders! We’ve done our homework on this one and it scares the competition! It takes a very
intense porting job to do it. Not easy by any means. Every port is radically changed for optimum airflow
and port timing and renikasil plated. We modify the exhaust valves for clearance and you get a set of our
forged 98mm pistons and bad to the bone billet head kit. We highly recommend the use of the
56mm throttle bodies for maximized airlflow and horsepower. With our
1200 Fat Azz single pipe and 1200 y pipe this package makes 224hp
and 157 lb/ft of torque. With twin pipes and 56mm throttle bodies,
the 1200 cranks out 229hp and 160 lb/ft of torque!! Power Commander efi controller required and Supreme Tool rave style exhaust
valves are another excellent option for this package. Comes with
special large offset timing key. We also offer a Turbo version of this
package with special turbo style porting and head designs.

Procross Stage 2 Clutch Kits
The new cats are the hottest sleds on the market this season, and we have a full line up of clutch kits to
match. Our stage 2 kits utilize the dalton adjustable weights for easy tuning, adjustable up to 7.5 grams
each. A new primary spring is included for to aid in the a throttle response and holeshot. The driven clutch

These tungsten filled set screws are an add on item for any set of Dalton “Quick Adjust” snowmobile flyweights. Each 7/8” long unit weighs 5.4 grams . Custom made with pure tungsten inserts, this set up is only
used if you need to make your existing quick adjust set heavier. 6 Per kit, offers 10.8g of adjustability per
weight.
BMP-SS : Spider Shims- $18.95
This one piece spider shim has been successfully used by many savvy clutch tuners
to increase belt grip at take off on some of the recent Cat models*. Previous Arctic
drive clutches had three of the .060” washers under the spider. Some 07-09* models now come with less shims (2x .060, 1 x .030). These clutches with less shims are
sensitive and sometimes engage higher even with less spring rate. By replacing the
existing washers with this one piece shim it moves the spider out slightly, so that the
flyweight is “untucked” more at first engagement for better leverage, and increases
belt grip on some high torque models and is a good improvement in belt life. Some 2010 models have a new/
different drive clutch, spider, and shims and different spacing may be required.

This kit works similar to our torsional conversion kit by allowing the clutches to
shift into a 10-12% overdrive for 5-7 more mph of top speed The team springs
will compress shorter to allow the overdrive. This kit comes with a slick shift
bearing for smoother more shift and quicker backshifting. The threaded insert
allows you to adjust spring tension externally with the BDX three finger adjuster tool. Great alternative to those wanting the performance of the torsion kit,

BMP-CTCK: Complete QC Torsional Conversion Kit - $240.95
If you own a Artic Cat Snowmobile with a Diamond Drive, you have one big problem. The stock driven clutch
uses a compression spring that coil binds and doesn’t allow the clutches to shift into overdrive. This causes
a major lack in top speed, ecessive belt heat from slippage, and lack of performance. The good news is we
have the fix at BMP. Whether you are in the mountains on an M sled, flat lander on a Crossfire, F Sled or a
Firecat, BMP can get your sled performing the way it should! By going to a spring utilizing both compression
and torsional forces we allow the clutches to shift into an up to 15% overdrive and eliminate coil binding.
This has a dramatic effect on your sled. You get improved acceleration and smoother backshifting, plus huge
gains in track speed and top speed . On average we will see gains of 7-8mph of top speed! Some customers report that they get up to 10-11mph of top speed gain! This is hands down the best thing and first thing
you should do to any diamond drive machine! When we were in British Columbia testing two seasons ago we
picked up 5-7mph of trackspeed on an M1000 climbing the steep and deep! We offer this conversion for all
diamond drive models. This kit comes with a new BMP torsional spring, a custom-cut, progressive angle
billet helix along with the billet torsional conversion kit. Most models require 1-2 gram heavier weights,
so for even better results we recommend our complete stage 2 clutch kit with Dalton weights and drive

Dynojet Combustion Management Device (CMD)- $605.00
The CMD plugs directly into your OEM wire harness and intercepts signalsbetween various sensors and the ECU.
The MAP (Manifold Pressure), TP(Throttle Position) and each fuel injector signal are captured and processedby the
CMD to enhance each combustion event. Not only can you remap yourinjector pulse-width +/- 100% based on the
various sensor inputs (withdirect injector control), but you can also increase
boost. This allows youto develop a map that will match you fuel delivery to
your boost pressuremaximizing performance. To aid in the tuning process
our Master Control Center software has data logging features so you can see
what your changes have done. The CMD can also be coupled with our Wideband 2 to enable the Autotune feature. This allows you to select and AFR for
diffrent parts ofthe map then the CMD will calculate a trim to find the AFR
that you specify. bmp will have maps for various power levels and power upgrades such as intercoolers, exhaust, etc. This will allow you to just install

14-1100T-RODS : 1100 Turbo High Performance Rods - $549.95 per set
These connecting rods were created for the racer that is looking for the highest level of strength under
high boost situations such as drag racing. The big weak spot of the Arctic Cat four stroke turbo motor are the connecting rods, shortly followed by the pistons. If you have a rod failure due to high
RPM, excessive detonation, or “lean-out”; take it from us when we say it is a costly and timely
repair. To ensure this doesn’t happen, these rods are forged from high quality material, and use
ARP 2000 3/8” rod bolts. They will work with our forged piston sets or with the stock pistons.
We had one of the best racing rod designers around make this happen and they were designed to
be the strongest rod available for this application without adding any unnecessary weight to the
build. The competition uses a “straight” beam design, there is no strength in the rod except under
the wristpin, the extra wide wings in this rod design must be made thinner to get the weight under
control. By using a narrower beam with thicker wings we have been able to make the rod stronger
while at the same time cutting weight.

Bikeman Performance has teamed up with Woessner pistons of Germany to give you the highest quality forged pistons for your 1100 turbo. We offer two versions. The first is a
replacement for the stock piston with a 9:1 compression ratio. They are made from
the highest quality aerospace alloy and come complete with rings, wristpin, and c clips.
The second is designed for the higher boosted motors with a lower 8.5:1 compression ratio
allowing more boost with less chance of detontion. Other special qualities is they accept larger
valves because of the large cutouts in the pistons. They also come with Gapless rings to assure you
the best possible seal for your motor under extreme boost. The rings are also lower on the piston to
help keep them cooler. A special molybdän coating on our stock pistons reduces the friction during the

This adjustable fuel pressure regulator is absolutely necessary when
modifying your Firecat, M Series, Crossfire, or CFR EFI. Allows you
to simply crank up your fuel pressure to accommodate modifications
such as pipes and big bores. Easily install it yourself with the included
instructions. The BMP billet cover has a fine threaded adjustment so
that you can fine tune your fuel mixture richer or leaner than stock by

pressure. It’s an easy way to lean out the top end for more power and more

of the valve to reduce the fuel pressure progressively as the rpms increase. All

Since the exhaust valves don’t open until 6800 rpm, there is a loss of torque from 6300 to 6750 rpm in
the mid range. By installing our exhaust valve spacers your machine will see gains of 6-8 hp in the mid
range with the stock exhaust, and 8-10 hp if you have an aftermarket exhaust system. It adds a lot of

EFI models. A recent dyno session at Dynotech has proven that our spacers drastically
improve mid range power by 10-14 horsepower. It adds a lot of mid range power at
an extremely low price. They also work well on 800cc big bore kits to allow exhaust

ARCTIC CAT POWER VALVE SETS - $525.00
We have upgraded our exhaust valve technology from a membrane
bellow style actuator to a piston style actuator. A much simpler
design that uses less components and eliminates bellow failure
in big bore and turbocharged applications. Our piston mechanism
stays lubricated by the engines 2 stroke oil sytem and is actuated
by the exhaust pressure from the cylinder . Same design works
well with naturally aspirated engines as well. We developed this
valve design in the fall of 2010 and tested them on turbo charged,
and naturally aspirated engines throughout the season with amazing results.You will love the throttle response gained. Say goodbye to failed servomotors and stretched cables. There is no need
to play with cables or the reprogramming of your cdi to change
the opening rpm of the valve. You can adjust the opening rpm
by changing different thrust springs. Assemblies are shipped pre
calibrated ready to bolt on and ride. We do stock different spring
combinations for finer tuning- Kit # 78SPNG sold separately. The
valve housing is made of billet treated aluminum and valve blades
made of billet high carbon heat-treated steel. We also include
