Bullard engineers designed the Company’s first fire helmet in 1930. Our Company quickly became a technology
leader in this industry, developing and introducing the first fiberglass fire helmet in 1947, the first NFPAapproved thermoplastic fire helmet in 1983, and the first ratchet headband used in a fire helmet in 1986.
LT Series Helmets
Bullard presents the newly re-engineered LT Series Helmet. This advanced, lightweight,
thermoplastic structural fire helmet is the result of 20 years of Bullard polymer technology and
engineering expertise.
Bullard offers firefighters the tough products they need to get the job done, at price points to meet
the needs of every department.
Beyond the compact, low profile design, the LT Series features the innovative Quick-Attach™
Blade System for rapid installation and removal of both faceshields and goggles.
The patented Bullard M-Pact Shell™ with SmartRidge design provides thermal and
impact protection while offering more headroom for a comfortable fit.
TrakLite™ Fire Helmet Light
With these performance and design strengths, the LT Series sets an industry
leading standard for structural fire helmets. Meets NFPA 1971, 2007 Certification.
Performance
Featuring eight bright white LEDs protected behind a heat-resistant glass, TrakLite provides a
readily-available source of light in most any situation. Whether performing search and rescue
at night, locating a fuse box or navigating smoky conditions, the TrakLite can be used in a
multitude of situations. In addition to the eight forward-facing LEDs mounted to the front of the
helmet, TrakLite offers a bright blue “buddy indicator” light on the rear of the helmet enabling a
highly increased ability to track the wearer in low visibility situations.

UST Helmets
Powered by four AAA batteries, TrakLite is energy efficient, with a runtime of at least six continuous
hours at a minimum brightness level of 50%. The standard AAA alkaline batteries are both easy and fast to
replace by the user in the field. Colors: Black, Blue, Orange, Lime Yellow, Red, White, and Yellow.

Easy Operation
Easily operable with a gloved hand, the single rotary switch powers both the front LEDs and the rear
buddy indicator light.

TrakLite works exclusively with Bullard helmets, and all available configurations of

Safety First
With no external clips, brackets or wires, Bullard TrakLite helps provide increased safety
over traditional helmet-mounted lighting, reducing the likelihood of weight imbalance or
snagging. Unlike other fire helmet lights, the weight of TrakLite is distributed between the
front and rear of the helmet to offer a more balanced lighting solution.

FX Series and PX Series Helmets
Bullard comfort, quality and durability in a lightweight contemporary design gives firefighters the stability and
versatility. FX and PX helmets have a lower profile and less restrictive, compact design than traditional styles. FX
and PX helmets are equipped with the U-Fit™ System, offering 12 custom comfort settings.
Wildfire
The PX Series helmets have an advanced, specially formulated thermoplastic outer shell, which makes PX the ideal
fire helmet for heavy duty. No other fire helmet has the proven on-the-job performance or long-lasting durability
of the PX.
FX composite helmets are resistant to chemical attack and stable under high heat exposure. Featuring
color pigment that is molded directly throughout the outer shell, nicks and chips are less visible. Meets
NFPA 1971, 2007 Certification.
