Delivery Deadlines - Tuesday-Saturday issues should be
delivered to Paddock Printing Center no more than 21 days
(Monday 8:00am) or less than 6 days (Friday 5:00pm) prior to the
issue date. Shaw Suburban Media reserves the right to change
deadlines to accommodate for holidays. For the Thanksgiving
issue the order deadline is 5:00pm, two (2) weeks (Thursday
5:00pm) prior to the issue date. The material delivery deadline

Space Reservation Deadline
Follow this deadline to reserve a designated ad size
in the paper. At this time, all copy and artwork for the ad are
to be turned in. Space may be reserved by fax or email but
must also be verbally confirmed by the customer.
Late Ads
Late ads will only be accepted if time and space
allow and may incur a 15% surcharge. Proofs will not be
dispatched on late ads.
Advertisement Cancellation
Dates and times for cancellation are the same
as ad placement deadlines. If time permits, emergency
cancellation of advertisements past deadline will be
accommodated for a charge up to 100% of advertising costs.
Cancellation must be by verbal request.
Advertising Proofs
A proof is available on all ads submitted 24 hours
before deadline. Proofs may be faxed or emailed for your
convenience. Advertiser accepts responsibility for error when
proof of an ad has been approved by the advertiser. Any
major alterations will be charged at prevailing rates for time
and materials. Please make all changes within 2 proofs due to
time constraints. All ads final proof for Morris Daily Herald
are 9am daily, M-C Life Monday by noon.
Errors/Corrections
Liability for any newspaper error in an advertisement
shall not exceed the cost of the space occupied by the error.
The publisher assumes no liability for any advertising which
is not published for any reason.
Position Requests
The Morris Daily Herald offers placement by section
and can generally accommodate an ad per this request.
Failure to meet position requests will not constitute cause
for adjustment, refund or re-run. Guaranteed positioning
may be available for a 25% premium. Consult with your
advertising representative.
Electronic Ads
Disk ads and e-mailed ads are due at the Morris Daily
Herald by space reservation deadline. This will allow ample
time to correct files that are submitted incorrectly. Ads may
