Space may be reserved by fax or email but must also be verbally confirmed by the customer. Late Ads Late ads will only be accepted if time and space allow and may incur a 15% surcharge. Proofs will not be dispatched on late ads. Advertisement Cancellation Dates and times for cancellation are the same as ad placement deadlines. If time permits, emergency cancellation of advertisements past deadline will be accommodated for a charge up to 100% of advertising costs. Cancellation must be by verbal request. Advertising Proofs A proof is available on all ads submitted 24 hours before deadline. Proofs may be faxed or emailed for your convenience. Advertiser accepts responsibility for error when proof of an ad has been approved by the advertiser. Any major alterations will be charged at prevailing rates for time and materials. Please make all changes within 2 proofs due to time constraints. All ads final proof for Morris Daily Herald are 9am daily, M-C Life Monday by noon. Errors/Corrections Liability for any newspaper error in an advertisement shall not exceed the cost of the space occupied by the error.
