A New Global Korea Scholarship(GKS) Program Starts in 2010
KGSP ALUMNI
From 2010 the present Korean Government Scholarship Program will be incorporated into a new program called the Global
Korea Scholarship (GKS) program, which will comprise various government scholarship programs for both Korean nationalities
and foreigners. The GKS program shall be operated by the National Institute for International Education (NIIED) under the
auspices of the Korean Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
The sub-programs of the GKS are as follows:
