• These high arched cross members blend
perfectly with the lower control arm angles
to give a truly O.E. appearance while lifting
your vehicle a full 4.5” without cranking the
torsion bars.
• Combine the High Clearance System with the
revolutionary No Torsion Bar Drop system
and you have more ground clearance, better
performance, and improved geometry that
not only rides great on road, but excels off
road!
• The complete system is available in our
traditional granite or textured black powder
coating.

► No Torsion Bar Drop System
This new system eliminates the need to drop the torsion bars by integrating a new front
torsion bar mount with the front lower A-Arm.
► One piece High Clearance
Crossmember
These one piece cross members are made from ¼ steel with internal supports. They can
handle about any abuse you can throw at them. The extreme high clearance design ensures that you won’t get hung up on anything compared to most other kits on the market.
► Heavy Duty Differential Skid Plate
The steel differential skid plate is used to lock the front and rear cross members together
as well as offer increased off road protection.
► Ductile Iron Steering Knuckles
CNC machined replacement steering knuckles allow the system to ensure OE steering
geometry while reducing installation time when compared to an older style drop down
bracket kit. Our knuckles are 100% resonant frequency tested as well as random XR
tested to ensure a quality product.
► Front Skid Plate
A matching front skid plate is available in both grey and black to increase protection off
road as well as offer another attachment point to lock the cross member in to the frame
thus eliminating the need for compression struts.
► Rear Lift
The rear is lifted with 3.5” coil spacers, track bar relocation, and bump stop extensions.

1. Special tool (Kent Moore Tools Part# J-42393) required to unload/load torsion bars. Not
available through BDS.
2. Requires frame bracket modification and differential mount modification.
3. All wheel drive models will require drive line modification.
4. If equipped with stock 17” wheels, then must replace with 17” or larger aftermarket wheels.
5. Larger tires cannot be installed on OEM wheels.
6. Auto-Ride equipped vehicles require part #121400 in place of front and rear shocks.
