With the success of our 2010 World Beats Cup Tour in Europe, Audiopharmacy appreciates the accolades received from old & new fans, event promoters & booking agents, as well as artists, musicians &
dancers for sharing music that inspires and ignites the spirit. The love & support has strengthened our
foundations, inspired higher levels of creativity & passion, and elevated our goals as a band and record
label . Currently, we are working on a new album and looking to build more community through the
music in other places of the world.

Pure emotion communicated through sound, the Audiopharmacy live show is a complete audio/visual
experience. Each performance is nourished with turntablism, the Chinese ruan, guitar, bass, beatboxing, drums, keys, buckets, vocals, live painting, and guest DJ’s, artists & dancers from around the
world. Audiopharmacy has toured extensively since 2003, building communities from the U.S. to Asia,
Europe and South America, while sharing their unique, spiritually-driven music, and strong messages of
empowerment & peace. Their live performance is engaging and uplifting. The Audiopharmacy 5 piece
ensemble is currently booking their Europe, Japan, South East Asia and U.S. tours for 2010. Prescriptions are now available.
AUDIOPHARMACY’S “U FORGOT ABOUT US”
With Audiopharmacy’s new release, “U Forgot About Us,” lead vocalist Ras K’dee invokes a haunting
spiritual connection to a past forgotten and a present disregarded by many people today. “Our world
was colonized and our ancestors were killed, but their spirits are with us and we invoke them musically,”
Ras K’dee explains. “The forgotten today are all the youth being killed in Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine
– all over the world and in our communities; and all those who came before us. We’re representing the
voice of those all who can’t be heard.”
Since summer ‘09, Audiopharmacy, a San Francisco live Dubhop ensemble fusing Dub, Hip Hop, Latin
and Roots cultures, has successfully toured this powerful album and live performance from Austria,
Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland, to San Francisco. “UFAU” was officially released simultaneously in the West and East coasts, first at a Palestinian hip-hop event in NYC (Public Assembly),
followed by a record release show Halloween night in San Francisco’s Pier 23.
The new album, “UFAU,” is produced by Teao and Ras K’dee (Audiopharmacy, SF), and also features
production by Batch (Midnite, Saint Croix) and Trishes (FM4, Vienna). Indian sarod, Chinese ruan,
classical guitar, turntables, and violin are only a small taste of the multitude of world instruments used in
the organic & electronic fusion of this album. “UFAU” also features new voices such as Soul Rebel and
Luv Fyah, who compliment long-time AP vocalists such as Ras K’dee, Laxman (Panthelion, San Jose),
and Pasha (Audiopharmacy, Los Angeles). The combination of eclectic world beats and poetic/political
lyrical content definitely puts “UFAU” in a class of its own.

Audiopharmacy is a 4-piece live World Hip Hop ensemble intricately fusing Dub, Reggae, Latin, Soul,
Roots cultures with pure emotion. For Audiopharmacy, the spirit is evoked through the meditative process of storytelling woven within melodies inspired from all corners of the earth. The band’s permanent
members consist of Teao (guitar & turntables), Pomo/African lyricist - Ras K’dee (MC & keys), &
Keepyahjoy (bass & buckets), all of whom dedicate their talents to making music that is avant garde, yet
always speak the language of the people. Over time, not only have they become masters of their
individual crafts, but are multi-instrumentalists and accomplished producers of music in their own right.
The Audiopharmacy sound is consistently evolving & eclectic. As musical innovators, Audiopharmacy is
often placed in a class of their own. Fans of the music have identiied their sound as a wicked blend of
Manu Chao, Portishead, The Fugees, & Midnite,while lyrically, they are reminiscent of the great Gil Scott
Heron, Black Star & the spirit of Bob Marley.

Holland, France, the UK, & Japan.

From the roots of II Sense (hip-hop duo feat. Teao & Zygoat) to the experimental/conscious hip-hop
group, Kaotic Souls, Audiopharmacy Prescriptions has grown and evolved over the last 16 years. Today,
APP is led by founder Teao and is a San Francisco-based international art collective and record label
with each artist striving to invoke consciousness, empowerment, and respect for life in every creative
