Classroom Rentals
Rent computer classrooms or equipment on a daily, weekly or monthly basis from our global locations. We make select sites available for
rentals. Our locations are excellent for classroom-based instruction, product demonstrations, sales presentations, seminars and events.
You can rent a Virtual Training Classroom.
Do you have to train a group of people located in multiple locations or do you have several trainees/attendees who are unable to travel to

To register for a Knowledge Solutions course,

no later the date of the class unless prior corporate

COURSE PREREQUISITES
All of our Level 2 and Level 3 courses build upon
skills developed in earlier classes. It is important that
you are proficient with the skills presented in these
foundation classes. For complete course outlines,

REFUND POLICY
All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be
refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school
before enrollment. An application fee of not more
than $25.00 (not more than $10.00 for veterans)
may be retained by the school if the application is
denied. All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall
be refunded if requested within three business days
after signing a contract with the school. After the
third business day has elapsed , the student
cancellation and no-show policy, outlined below, will
apply . All refunds shall be returned within 30 days.
VETERANS CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If you receive educational benefits through the
United States Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)
and you wish to cancel your program, you must
submit a written notice of cancellation to KSI. Upon
receipt of written notice of cancellation , KSI will
refund the amount of the unused portion of the
veteran’s tuition. Unused tuition will be calculated on
a pro-rata basis by taking the total cost of the
program paid by the veteran, less the price for any
courses, books, materials, labs, and exams used by
the student prior to the date of the cancellation
notice.
STUDENT CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

Students should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to
class start time. If you’ve been issued a physical class
coupon you will be asked to present it upon arrival .
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late to class, your
seat may be given to a waiting client . Please call if
you anticipate arriving late.

her own computer and a manual provided to follow
along with the instructor. All classrooms have climate
controls to provide a comfortable learning
environment . All of our facilities have easily

students who choose to take advantage of them.
Learning resources include Web-based and print
services that allow students to clearly visualize what
they will learn and also practice new skills learned in
class.
GRIEVANCE/APPEALS PROCEDURES
In the event that you experience a problem with a
particular class or instructor, you should first discuss
the matter with your instructor. If a resolution
cannot be reached, you should contact your account
manager. In the event that you experience a problem
with a policy, procedure, or practice of Knowledge
Solutions educational program, you should first
contact your Account Manager. If a satisfactory
agreement cannot be reached by you and the
Account Manager, you should then contact the
School Director. It is the policy of KSI and our staff to
resolve students concerns in a swift and equitable
manner.
If the School Director upholds the initial decision, the
student may appeal the decision in writing to KSI’s
Executive Management, within 30 days of ruling. The
Knowledge Solutions International Executive
Management will review the appeal at its regularly
scheduled meeting and notify the student of its
decision in writing. Appeals should be mailed to one
