Check & money orders will be held until they clear. Orders can be placed by phone during

Most order ship within 1-5 working days. RTRW maintains an extensive inventory to
provide you with the best possible service. However, due to the unique nature of our
products some parts sell out despite our best efforts. In addition some parts are “made to
order.” Out of stock and made to order items typically ship within 7-10 working days. If
time is a factor for your order we strongly recommend calling prior to ordering to check
availability.
SHIPPING:
Shipping charges will be the actual shipping cost, plus a small handling fee. Some irregular
items may require a mailing tube fee or additional handling. We offer UPS & USPS

on returns; however returns on orders older than 1 year will require a copy of your sales
receipt. Item(s) must be in unused condition. Item(s) do not have to be in original
packaging. However, we will not accept returns on items that have been installed and
removed, cut, modified, etc. We suggest comparing your new product to the original
whenever possible. If no original part is available, test fit the product on a clean vehicle
BEFORE adhesive or fasteners are applied. RETURN SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF

Most order ship within 1-5 working days. RTRW maintains an extensive inventory to provide
you with the best possible service. However, due to the unique nature of our products some
parts sell out despite our best efforts. In addition some parts are “made to order.” Out of
stock and made to order items typically ship within 7-10 working days. If time is a factor for
your order we strongly recommend calling prior to ordering to check availability.
SHIPPING:
Shipping charges will be the actual shipping cost, plus a small handling fee. Some irregular
items may require a mailing tube fee or additional handling. We offer UPS & USPS services.

packaging. However, we will not accept returns on items that have been installed and
removed, cut, modified, etc. We suggest comparing your new product to the original
whenever possible. If no original part is available, test fit the product on a clean vehicle
BEFORE adhesive or fasteners are applied. RETURN SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF
