The dedicated and accomplished faculty of the D’Angelo Department of Music offer the personalized attention needed to achieve a level of technical mastery required of today’s professional musicians whether you choose to teach, perform, compose, pursue a career in music therapy, or continue your study in graduate fields. D’Angelo Department of Music presents Sweet Sounds on the Hill 2014 - 2015 Mercyhurst University’s exceptional performance and rehearsal spaces include the exquisite Mary D’Angelo Performing Arts Center, the Dr. Barrett and Catherine Walker Recital Hall, and the Taylor Little Theatre. Performance audition requirements for admission to the D’Angelo Department of Music vary by instrument and program of study. Talent-based scholarships are available. Successful completion of these degrees will enable music students to take a meaningful place within their communities, assist them in becoming happy, healthy individuals and life-long learners in the arts.
