Forms
All forms are now overdue. Thank you to all have sent in their forms, if there are any
more outstanding please attend to this as soon as possible. The final, final deadline
for Team Lists is this Friday 27th of May. It is imperative that these names and jersey
numbers are as accurate as possible for the benefit of all, including the selectors. If
you have any adjustments to players or numbers that need to be made please send
them through ASAP. If any adjustments are made after this deadline, we will still
require you to send them through but cannot guarantee that they will make it to the
official program. If you are not requiring the laundry service, can you also let us
know.
Touch Judge
A number of teams have not nominated a touch judge as part of their team list.
Please remember that all teams are required to provide a touch judge for their
games. This person does not need to be qualified, however they will need to view
the ‘Touch Judge Positioning’ document that can be found on the Confraternity
2016 website
Opening Mass
Teams are expected to be seated in their allocated areas at St Jospeh’s Cathedral,
The Cathedral College by 4.30pm on Sunday the 26th of June. An information sheet
regarding the protocols of the Opening Mass will be forwarded to all schools in a

Please note that no arrangements have been made to supply dinner to players and
officials after the Opening Mass.

VETiS funded Certificate II Sport and Recreation Opportunity
Binnacle Training is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) serving over 250
secondary schools across Queensland. Our mission is to make life easier for
teachers delivering vocational education in schools.
The Certificate II in Sport and Recreation (SIS20313) is currently a funded
qualification under the Queensland Government’s Vocational Education and
Training in Schools (VETiS) Initiative.
Our partnership with the NRL and its ‘Beyond the Goalposts’ programs gives
students participating in schoolboy Rugby League the opportunity to undertake a
nationally recognised qualification (Cert III with Cert II embedded; or Cert II as
stand-alone) alongside the NRL-endorsed referee and coaching accreditations.
Available in other Sport Specialty Formats – Choose your Own Sport!
NEW IN 2017: VETiS funded Certificate II to be embedded in
Binnacle’s Certificate III Programs.
Where the student chooses their Binnacle Certificate II as their one VETiS funded
qualification, this ‘per participant’ fee (including any applicable sport-specific
accreditation fee and/or Certificate III fee) is 100% waived.
