Contract Condition:
EnVus Magazine reserves the right to refuse any advertisements for any reason.
Placing an advertising order is considered acceptance of publisher advertisement
policies. Advertisers are expected to have read this and will have no further notice.
No cancellation or changes by advertiser or its agency will be accepted after insertion
close date. Cancellation at this time will be due and billable.
No print ads, web ads, will run with out signed insertion invoice order sheet.
No guarantee of ad placement is made unless specified in the advertiser's ad agreement
or insertion invoice order sheets.
The publisher or EnVus Publication assumes no liability if ad is omitted for any reason
Contracted clients are required to notify us by closing date or last ads will be repeated in
next issue or ad space will be forfeited
Deadlines and on sale dates may change with 30 days notice to all advertisers
No policies changed printed, written, or billing copy that conflict with publisher's
general policies will be binding or accepted on the publishers.
Full payment will be due on or before insertion close dates. Unless stated other wise in
signed document by EnVus Magazine's ad sales associate.
EnVus Men's Magazine or its printer will destroy all advertising materials after 6 months
from printing dates unless a return address is writing accompanies materials.
Art Work/Ads - If the advertiser doesn't provide acceptable printed ad proofs EnVus
Magazine does not assume any liability for color and total shift during printing.
All Art work/Advertisements prepared by EnVus Magazine cannot be reproduced or in
part without publishers written consent
