Q When does my satellite radio subscription begin?
A New vehicles are pre-activated at the factory and come with a 6-month
introductory trial subscription to All Access, our best package. It begins
automatically on the date you take delivery of your vehicle.

Q What is the Sirius All Access Package?
A The Sirius All Access package includes over 150 channels of satellite radio
inside the Ford vehicle plus SiriusXM Internet Radio so that you can
listen from anywhere.

Q How do I access SiriusXM Internet Radio?
A Subscribers must first register your account and set up your login credentials.
Go to siriusxm.com/GetAllAccess and click on “Register Your Account.” Once
you have your login credentials, go to siriusxm.com/player on your computer
or download and launch the SiriusXM app on your mobile device and enter your
username/password to begin listening. If you forgot your login credentials, go to
siriusxm.com/myaccount and click on the “Forgot Your Username/Password.”
Q How can I extend my 6-month subscription?†
A To ensure uninterrupted service, call SiriusXM at 1-866-612-7474 BEFORE
your 6-month trial is over.
Q How do I know what’s coming up on SIRIUSXM?
A Go to siriusxm.com/whatilike to stay on top of all that’s on SiriusXM.
Get late-breaking programming alerts, cool Inside The Studio audio and
videos, and even access to special SiriusXM subscriber events.
SIRIUSXM Radio Customer Service Guarantee
If your vehicle comes equipped with a fully activated satellite radio compatible with services
provided by Sirius XM Radio Inc. (“SiriusXM”) and a trial subscription to a SiriusXM service,
SiriusXM guarantees to provide comprehensive customer service during the term of your
subscription. The materials provided with your vehicle include a channel lineup. You will
receive a Welcome Kit in the mail from SiriusXM. Your trial subscription is governed by
our Customer Agreement located at www.siriusxm.com and in your Welcome Kit.
SiriusXM Listener Care is available to assist you via telephone at 1-866-612-7474 or, for your
convenience, you can visit us online at www.siriusxm.com.

•Changing Channels: Press3SEEK or SEEK4
•Changing Categories: Category mode restricts channels

•Instant Replay: Select the REPLAY soft key to replay approximately

Operating SiriusXM Traffic & SiriusXM Travel Link
•To use SiriusXM Traffic or Travel Link: Press the “i” button
either on the touch screen or the radio console. Then touch
the SIRIUS TRAVEL LINK button on the Main Screen. You
may also navigate to Travel Link via voice command
•Changing Categories: Category mode restricts channels
to a selected category only
-Press MENU, then OK to access Satellite Radio menu

•Main Screen: From here you can access SIRIUSXM TRAFFIC
(press OK again for the Fiesta radio)

3Log in to the SiriusXM Internet Radio app on your device
using your credentials established in step 1 above.
4Before you get inside your Ford vehicle, personalize your
MySXM channels and add your favorite On Demand content
to your Favorite Shows list.
5Plug in your Apple
®
device or wirelessly connect your Android™ device to SYNC®,
and AppLink™ will do the rest. Using SYNC® voice commands or radio and steering
wheel controls, locate SiriusXM Mobile in Mobile Applications, then browse, select
and enjoy your personalized music and comedy channels or your favorite shows.
