Eight years ago, we set out to become a category leader in bowhunting gear. As it ends up, we defined a new one.
Let’s face it, bowhunters carry many different combinations of gear into the field, and since that gear is always changing we have to constantly adapt. Changing
hunting styles, terrains, and even states, turns our passion into a major project of adjustment. GamePlan Gear offers solutions to age-old problems of transporting
our gear to the “depths of success,” and maybe that’s only as far as your own backyard.
Inspired by our beloved military and their tactical platforms, our function-comes-first approach to product design sets GamePlan Gear apart from competing lines
with lesser materials and sewing craftsmanship. So ask yourself, “Am I looking to invest my hard-earned dough into another ordinary backpack with the same old

and designed for.
So what does a “Lifetime Warranty” mean to us? We know that these products cannot last a lifetime under the best conditions, right? Not to mention, would you only want to have the same pack
for “your lifetime” and not try something new? Well, we have reasonable expectations for the performance and life expectancy of our gear and also guarantee them against defects in materials or
workmanship.
GamePlan Gear is committed to your satisfaction. We know exactly how we would like to be taken care of and that is what we strive to do for you. If you are having a problem with your product,
please send us some additional information to help us resolve the concern. An email to [email protected] with the following details will begin our pursuit: name, address, phone number,
description of issue and some revealing photos.
We will review the submission in a timely manner and provide you with a prompt response. You may be required to ship your item to our office for repair or replacement. This determination will
be made on case by case basis, as not every scenario is the same. This does not always mean that you are going to receive a new pack when you experience a problem with your existing one. We
will do our best to repair it if possible and if necessary, replace it with a same or similar item. Our only request is that you cover the cost of shipping to our office.
If the item reflects characteristics of neglect or abuse, we will not be able to cover it as part of our guarantee. We intend on keeping quality products available at great prices and replacing items
that have not been properly cared for, does not serve in that capacity.
When your pack has seen better times and it is ready to be retired, we want you to consider trading it in (recycling it) for a new GamePlan Gear item. We sincerely hope that after you have owned
one piece of our equipment, you will always look to us for your next. We are offering you this unique opportunity, to send in your tired pack and receive a 25% discount towards the purchase of a
new one.
Lastly, as good stewards, we try to protect our natural resources and the environment that we live to hunt in. It is important that any materials which can be responsibly recycled, should be.
Therefore, your worn pack can serve a new purpose when you recycle it and we send it to a facility that will transform it into other useful products.
