We are proud to serve only the finest seasonal organic foods. We make our food
from scratch, everything from mayonnaise to soups, sauces, and dressings,
without the use of microwaves. Except for our seafood, which is always wild,
the ingredients for our menu items are grown and produced on certified
organic farms. All our ales and lagers are organic. All the wines we serve are
made from organically grown grapes. All food and beverages are free from
GMO's (genetically modified organisms),
hydrogenated oils (trans fats), hormones,
antibiotics, and pesticides.

by CCOF; the restaurant is
certified "beyond organic" by
