Planners Comments: The subject property is located on the south side of Bickerstaff Road.
The applicant is proposing to construct an expanded screened-in porch in an area which is greater
than the original outdoor space associated with the club house. The Club House has been
converted into a single-family home owned by Mr. and Mrs. Touhy. Since the area is encroaching
into the common open space of Oxford Station, as the Planning Director, I requested an
amendment to the site plan of Oxford Station Phase I documenting the expansion of the structure
on the site plan, which will be recorded as part of the condominium plat.
Recommendation: Approve the site plan amendment for ‘Oxford Station, Phase I’.
