• Establish a vision/plan and stick to it.
• An attractive and functional pedestrian environment is important
• Parking
– don’t let shared parking become balkanized
– reduce required parking
• Competitive Retail
• Give retailers flexibility on building out storefronts.
– Grocery store is key to retail success.
– Move cinema entrance to corner of Randolph/Campbell Avenue.
– Signs/outdoor seating
