Valuation Exchange is a wholly owned subsidiary of RP Data. Valuation Exchange offers a technical and managed solution to the monitor, control, measure and reporting of panels of suppliers of banking and finance related products. These solutions are known as Valex Platform, Valex Panel Management and Valex Compliance. One of the capabilities of the Valex Platform is the ability for a user to order valuation products through a user interface. It also provides interfaces to track the status' of a matter against SLA's, communicate with other users, upload and forward documents to other users, review a history of each instructions and to obtain management reporting on performance metrics. RP Data has also recently developed the rp.property hub. The rp.property hub is the market maker for those business and organisations who supply property products and services with those business and organisations who consume them. The rp.property hub has been designed to provide RP Data's customers with a network of trusted platforms through innovative ordering and fulfillment processes. To this extent, the rp.property hub represents a new paradigm in customer configurable order and fulfillment workflows, whilst leveraging the proven panel management capabilities of the Valex Solutions. Objectives The objectives in delivering the rp.property hub and its integration with Valex are: • • • • Deliver a fully configurable platform allowing RP Property Hub control over the user experience, product selection, payment and reporting Provide a single user interface for the order and fulfillment of all property related products and services provided by RP Data and its industry partners Increase the identification of subject properties and reduce the number of leakages as a result of improper property identification Give the user the ability to upload documents to a 'live' transaction ensuring that all necessary supporting documentation is provided to suppliers reducing throughput time, disputes and rework 2|Page Version Control Version 0.1 Author Marcus Cann Date 14.8.13 Changes Original 3|Page User Workflow User Workflow – Register A New User 4|Page Instructions For Use First Time User Click on ‘Register A New Account’’ Complete mandatory user information First and Last Name Staff ID / Broker ID (if applicable) User Role (as defined by the bank) (if applicable) Email Mobile Number (at least one phone number is required) Phone Number (at least one phone number is required) Password Confirm Password Security Question Answer To Security Question Accept Terms & Conditions Enter Validation Code Click on ‘Done’ You will be automatically logged in for this session only You will be taken to the ‘Property Details’ page N.B. If you are an existing user, please enter your Username & Password to access the system. 5|Page User Workflow – Username & Password ‘Login’ Instructions For Use Existing User Username (that you created as a first time user) Enter password (that you created as a first time user) Click on ‘Login’ You will be taken to the ‘Property Details’ page N.B. If you do not have a Username & Password, please ‘Register A New Account’ by clicking on the link at the top of the page and completing the details. 6|Page User Workflow - Property Details – Standard Property Address Search Single Line Address Search- List of Suggested Properties Instructions For Use Single Line Address Search Begin typing property address Wait for the list of possible matches to appear Select the correct property address 7|Page User Workflow - Property Details – Search Not Successful Instructions For Use If the required address cannot be found Retype the property address and see if it can be found on another attempt Wait for the list of possible matches to appear If there are still no matches found, click on ‘Can’t Find Address’ 8|Page User Workflow - Property Details – Advanced Property Address Search Instructions For Use Enter a shortened Property Address For a unit do not input the Unit Number For a House or Unit do not input the Street Number Select the correct street name from the drop down list Search through the possible matches Scroll down the screen to see the possible matches Select the ‘Next’ button to move through the possible selections Click on the Property you require If your property is not selected then Click on the ‘Can’t Find Address’ button and follow the procedures on the next page 9|Page User Workflow - Property Details – Can’t Find Address Click on Address to Confirm… …or complete address and Click on Confirm to continue Instructions For Use Enter the Full Property Address Note that at least ONE of the Unit Number, Street Number and Lot Name must be completed Search through the possible matches Scroll down the screen to see the possible matches If available, select the correct street name from the drop down list Select the ‘Confirm’ to confirm the property selection If there are no property matches then: Enter in the full address in the fields provided Select ‘Confirm’ to confirm the property selection If you want to clear the fields at any time then select ‘Clear’ and begin typing again If you want to return to the Single Line Address Search at any time, then select ‘Back To Search’ 10 | P a g e User Workflow - Property Details – Proceed to Product Selection Instructions For Use Confirm the Property Address Click on Proceed to Product Selection 11 | P a g e User Workflow – Quick Selection – Property Profiler Quick Selection Property Profiler – One Click and keep moving! RP Property Hub Lender Instructions For Use – Quick Selection Property Profiler Click on ‘Add To Cart’ Click on ‘Proceed to Instruction Details’ or ‘Next’ That’s all there is to it! 12 | P a g e User Workflow - Instruction Data Instructions For Use Identifying& Completing Mandatory Data Elements Where the data element is mandatory, a red asterisk will appear next to the data element input field Things to note about mandatory data elements They are alpha / numeric sensitive e.g. if a number is required, it will only let you input a number If they are not completed, you will not be able to proceed to Cart & Payment page If they are not completed, you will not be able to complete an order Things To Consider Customer Details / Property Access Details Ensure both the First and Last Names are provided Ensure the Contact Number/s you provide are accurate Ensure the Email Address you provide is accurate Proceeding to the ‘Cart & Payment’ page Click on ‘Proceed to Cart & Payment’ or ‘Next’ 13 | P a g e User Workflow - Cart & Payment On Credit Card Instructions For Use Review Product Selection Ensure the Products noted in the product list have been correctly selected Enter On Account Details Enter Your Password (the one you use to log into the system) Enter Your Staff ID / Broker ID Proceeding to the ‘Order Confirmation’ page Complete the mandatory data elements Click on ‘Pay Now’ 14 | P a g e User Workflow - Cart & Payment On Credit Card Instructions For Use Review Product Selection Ensure the Products noted in the product list have been correctly selected Enter the name and email address to which the Payment Invoice will be forwarded. Enter Credit Card Details Enter the 16 digit credit card number Enter the Security Digit located on the back of the credit card Update the Credit Card Expiry Date Proceeding to the ‘Order Confirmation’ page Complete the mandatory data elements Click on ‘Pay Now’ 15 | P a g e Workflow - Order Confirmation Page The Order Confirmation will present the customer with the following data upon order confirmation: • Property Address • Product Information Product Name Product Price • Reference Numbers RP Property Services Hub • Instruction Details Customer Details (if applicable) Property Access Details Upon confirmation of the order, a PDF of the Order Confirmation and the Property Profiler will be sent to the email address of the User who ordered the product or service. Upon confirmation of the order, a PDF of the Order Confirmation and the Property will be send to the email address of the Customer who has been confirmed in the Customer Details section of the Instruction Details page in the ordering workflow. N.B. You can view your Property Profiler immediately by click on ‘Yes’ when the report information box appears. 16 | P a g e My Transactions The HUB has a ‘My Transactions’ tab that allows brokers, lenders and support resources greater flexibility in obtaining live status updates on valuations. The ‘My Transactions’ page can be accessed once you have logged into the HUB, and selecting the tab on the User Administration bar. You do not need any reference numbers or ID’s to see your transactions.
