GETTING STARTED
STEP 01/04
Log In
Start out by logging in to Chase.com.
STEP 02/04
Enroll
On the My Accounts page, click Payments and Transfers.
Select Chase QuickPay from the dropdown menu. Then,
click the “Enroll Now” button.
STEP 03/04
Register Your Email And Mobile Phone
So that payments sent to you are only delivered to you,
Chase asks that you verify your email addresses and mobile
phone number – but you’ll only have to do this once.
STEP 04/04
Verify Chase QuickPay Information
Next, you’ll receive a message with a verification code.
Enter the code into the space provided, and click
Continue to Chase QuickPay.

SENDING MONEY
STEP 01/04
Log On
To send a payment, log on to your Chase account either
online, or using the Chase Mobile® app.
STEP 02/04
Select Chase QuickPay
Tap the Nav Menu at the top left of the main screen…
Select “Chase QuickPay.”
From here, you have the option to Send Money, or even
Request Money if you need to collect a payment from
someone… To send, select “Send Money.”
STEP 03/04
Send a Payment
Follow the on-screen instructions to send a payment.
You can either send money to an existing recipient, or
add a new one.
If you’re using the Chase Mobile app, you can even
select a recipient from your Contacts list.
STEP 04/04
Verify Information
Verify that all of your payment information is correct,
then click “Submit.”

ACCEPTING MONEY
STEP 01/04
Email Or Text Message Notification
To accept money, you’ll first receive an email or text message
saying that a payment is waiting to be accepted.
Note: If you’re not a Chase customer, click “Accept Money” within
the message, and then follow the on-screen instructions to enroll.
STEP 02/04
Select Chase QuickPay
Once logged in to your account, tap the Nav Menu at the top left
of the main screen… Select “Chase QuickPay”…
STEP 03/04
Accept Money
Select “To do list”… Then select “Accept Money.”
STEP 04/04
Confirmation Page
On the confirmation screen you’ll be told when to expect
the money.
If the payment is between two Chase customers, funds are
typically available the same day.
