Future Cruise Credits

While onboard a cruise,
most cruise lines will provide
you with the opportunity
to purchase a future cruise
credit. This means that you
are able to book a future
cruise that you will take at
an undeclared future date
on an unspecified ship. You
decide the specifics of when
to sail and on which ship at
a later date, so that you do
not have to spend your
vacation time planning your
next vacation. You can wait
until you arrive back home.
What is the advantage of the
future cruise credit? You
have a lower deposit amount
and sometimes receive
additional bonuses such as
on board credit. For
example, you could choose
to book a fifteen-day cruise.
It would normally be a $900
deposit to reserve a sailing
of that length, but the cruise
line will accept your future
cruise credit of $100 as your
deposit from you, their loyal
customer.
When you purchase a future
cruise credit, the cruise line
transmits that information to
the agent that confirmed the
cruise you are on. We keep
the information on file and
reference your credit number
when you start to plan your
next cruise. Credits are valid
for four years and your
money is never lost. Call
