Michael’s offers a range of prices that can make any budget sparkle.
We also have a very simple pricing structure. The prices you see in this
menu will have only tax applied to them. No gratuities are expected or
collected. We do not add any service charges to our prices. We also do
not charge a room rental or a facility / site rental charge. Services such as
our DJ, decor rentals, wedding ceremonies, and package upgrades will also only incur
sales tax. After you review our menus, I encourage you to call or email us to set up
a personal tour and consultation. Our regular office hours are Monday through
Friday 10am-6pm; however we do take late evening and weekend appointments
depending on our party and manager schedule. Below is an outline of the features
we will explain with more detail while you are here with us. View the “Wedding

learn more before heading in.

1. Unlimited, free planning and consultations (phone, in person, or by email)
2. At the reception a manager will be here to “run the show” for you; from setting
up your personal touches at your tables, to keeping both our staff and your
bridal party on the pre-planned timeline, right through dinner service including
personally greeting each table and checking in with the guests during dinner
service, coordinating with the DJ for the first dances and all the little important
moments in between. We will dim the lights at all the right times and we will
watch over our server and bartender staff right up until the very end.

working with us since the day we opened, our General Manager works many
weekends and is one of the owners, our Office Manager started here in 1998,
the Coordinator in 2000, and we also have experienced floor managers and

Starlight Buffet tables start with a Chef Salad followed by three cold
accompaniments. The buffet will also include a hot vegetable, potato, and
pasta. Coffee and hot tea will be offered and vanilla ice cream is served for
dessert.

Strolling Stations Packages
Simple Strolling Stations and Open Bar Package
Price includes 3 hours of a Beer, Wine, Soda and Coffee Bar

Bartender charge will apply
Your 3 hour bar will run straight for 3 hours, it is not to be closed. Your food
station during the first hour will include: A table display of fresh vegetables
and cheeses, Swedish meatballs and stuffed mushrooms. Your food station(s)
during the second hour will include: A carving station with roast beef and
accompaniments; a hot pasta and stir-fry station; and a cold salad station. All
foods will remain out one hour straight. At the top of your third hour we will
place out your dessert item(s) on a table.

Deluxe Strolling Stations and Open Bar Package
Price includes a full Open Bar with House Level Liquors

Draft Beer, Bottled Wines, Soda and Mixers for 4 Hours
The Deluxe food stations expand upon the Simple food stations. Along with
the items listed above, we add a fruit tray during the first hour and also a
hot cheese dip and a cold Bruschetta dip. For the second hour we put out a
second meat on the carving station and also add a “hot finger food” station and
enhance the cold salad options.

General Information and
Selected Policies
1. It is our policy to consider all prospective bookings as tentative until the date
is confirmed with a member of our office staff. Prospects will be held for one
(1) week. A function is not confirmed until a nonrefundable / nontransferable
deposit is given and the required contract(s) have been signed.
2. Weekend and large weekday functions will be required to guarantee a
minimum number of guests based on room assignment.
3. This Banquet Menu is effective for all parties held between January 1, 2017
through December 31, 2017. Prices and menu offerings are subject to change
as outlined in our Michael’s Contract.
4. Menu selections should be submitted prior to going to print with your
invitations. An estimated count is due two and then one week prior, and the
final count is due three days prior, along with full payment of your balance due.
5. All menus and services will incur only sales tax. No gratuities or service charges
are expected or collected. There is no facility / site rental charge.
6. Michael’s reserves the right to control and inspect all private functions.
The Facility maintains compliance with the New York State Liquor Authority’s
rules and cannot serve alcoholic beverages to any person under twenty-one
years of age.
