Dear Residents,
November is a very special time of the year when we recognize the many blessing we have in our life. For each new
morning with its light, For rest and shelter of the night, For
health and food, For love and friends, For everything Thy
goodness sends.
We all would like to wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving!

Maintenance Tip of the Month:
ARE YOU OVER DRYING YOUR CLOTHES?
Don't over dry your clothes. If your dryer has a moisture sensor that
will automatically turn the machine off when clothes are done, use it to
avoid over drying. Remember to clean the lint trap before every load.
Dry full loads, or reduce drying time for partial loads.
A dryer operating an extra 15 minutes per load can cost
you up to$34, every year.
One of the easiest things you can do to increase drying
efficiency Is to clean the lint trap before each and every
load. This step also can save you up to $34 each year.
Sign-up for a YMCA

Ms. Alexander will be here to talk with you about a wonderful opportunity that will help you to enjoy holiday goodies while staying
healthy. Being healthy will also fend off the flu and colds! Aetna is
partnering with the YMCA to offer families the opportunity to become
members; and the great thing about this partnership is that AETNA
will pay for the family’s membership. Sign-up, use the gym, learn
how to swim, do arts and crafts, stay healthy. etc.
