Welcome to the Sy-Klone Photobucket!
Do you have photos from a recent install? What about the pictures from this year’s trade show?
Share them all with Sy-Klone team members around the world through Photobucket - Sy-Klone’s
new hub for photo sharing and storage!
Take a look around...
Before you start uploading or downloading photos, take some time to browse Sy-Klone’s Photobucket albums. Photobucket may seem confusing at first, but if you take a few minutes to
explore the website and read through these instructions, you will be an expert in no time.
Login
*Everyone will log in to the Sy-Klone Master Account*
1. Go to www.sy-klone.com: Sign in > Dealer- Only Information >
Photobucket article > retrieve master account username and password
2. Go to www.photobucket.com
3. Click “Sign In”
4. Enter Sy-Klone’s master account username and password
Search
*Login to Sy-Klone’s master account*
Search with the Search Bar located in the top right corner:
1. Click the magnifing glass
2. Select “Album” from the drop down menu to
search within Sy-Klone’s albums (you must do this
before every search)
3. Type a keyword into the search bar
(Example: CAT, Volvo, RESPA)
4. Press “enter” and browse photos
Search by Tags:
1. Click the “Album” tab on the top menu bar,
select “Tags” from the drop down menu bar
2. Browse the list of tags/keywords to find
photos you are interested in

Exploring Search Results
1. Whether you search with the search bar or by tags, your search results will appear as a series of thumbnails. When you
click on a thumbnail photo, you will be brought to a page with an enlarged version of the photo you selected.
2. Place your mouse over the photo.
A menu bar will appear along the
top of the photo. (You may have to move your
mouse off of the photo and then back again.)
3. To save the photo to your computer
click: “File” > “Download” (“web size” will be a

smaller file & “original size” will be a larger file)
4. Click “View Album” to see the album
that the photo came from. This is a great way

to find related photos and see who uploaded
the album in case you have question. (The name of the uploader will be in the album description.)
*Note: This option will only be available after a search performed through the search bar.*
Upload
Feel free to explore all of the
other options on this menu bar.
Click “Share” to post photos to
Facebook or Twitter.
*Login to Sy-Klone’s master account*
*Make sure you have “Album” selected from the top
menu bar before you begin*
1. Click “Photo Library”
2. Select an Industry or Special Category
album that best suits your photos
3. In the Sub-albums box on the right, click
“Create new album”
4. Give your album a descriptive name
and write details in the “Description” box.
You MUST include “Uploaded by: _____”
(your name or company name) in the
description of every album you create.
5. Scroll down > Click “Create album”
6. Click the blue words “Upload photos and
videos” next to the small green square
7. Click the green button “Select photos
and videos”
8. Navigate through your computer files to
find the photos you wish to upload (You
can select multiple items by holding
down CTRL while you select)
9. Click “Save” and watch as your photos load
10. When you see “Upload Complete,”

Tagging Guidelines
What are tags? Tags are keywords that you link to your photos. By tagging your photos, others are able to find them by
searching for keywords and browsing through tags that you have tagged to your photo.
Why are tags so important? Without tags, no one will be able to search for or find your photos.
Example of Basic Tags:
RESPA CF, Mining, Komatsu, Perth, Australia
YOU MUST TAG ALL PHOTOS with...
Sy-Klone part in the photo
Example of Extra Tags:
installation, trade show, 2012, snow, off road, or
any other keywords that apply
Industry
Brand/type of machinery/equipment
Location
Note: There is a 20 tag limit
Any other key facts
*Separate All Tags by Commas*
Tag
1. To tag all photos at once with the same
tags, click the “Select all” check box and
then “Choose action” > “Tag selected” >
insert Tags > click “Tag” > Go to Step 4
2. To tag multiple photos, but not all,
click the check box under each photo
you want to tag > click “Choose action”
> “Tag selected” > Go to Step 4
3. To tag single photos, simply type the
tags into the box below the photo
reading “Add tags” OR check the box
under one photo and then follow the
instructions in Step 2
4. After you click “Tag Selected” type your
tags into the pop-up window that
appears and click “Tag”
5. Your tags will appear in the third box
below your photos. You do not need to
add a title or description.
6. Click “Save and conintue to my album”
to complete the tagging process
