is not liable for normal wear and tear or abuse of item and the warranty is
offered to only the original purchaser. If the product is damaged due to a defect
in the material or workmanship of the product, OFI will repair or replace, without cost to the customer, after it is returned to:

Please obtain a return authorization from your account representative before
returning or exchanging any merchandise. Unauthorized returns cannot be
credited. Merchandise should be returned in its original packaging within
30 days of the invoice. On orders over 30 days old and factory direct orders,
there may be a 25% restocking charge. No returns are accepted after 60 days of
the invoice date. Custom orders cannot be returned at any time.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. OFI is not responsible for damaged
goods but we will be happy to assist you in any way that we can. Claims for
damaged goods must be filed by the customer immediately with the common
carrier. The carrier agents are responsible for all damage claims. Call your
account representative for assistance on UPS claims. Any claims for shortage
must be made within five days after receipt of goods. Please have your order
number handy when you call. Please keep your original packaging to assist in
filling the claim.

Shipments are made F.O.B. our Omaha Warehouses or from the manufacturer
on items shipped directly. Your entire order may not all ship together due to
different points of origin.
Your shipment will generally be delivered by UPS, unless the order exceeds
UPS size/weight limits, or if using a common carrier would be more
economical. UPS limits packages to 70 pounds and a girth/length of 130".
For shipments out of Omaha Fixture distribution centers, all freight charges
(UPS or common carrier) will be prepaid by Omaha Fixture and then added to
your invoice. Freight on factory direct shipments will be billed separately, since
these charges are not available from the shipping company until after your
order has been shipped. Prepaid UPS orders, including those charged
to a credit card or to your OFI account, will be billed for freight.
Shipping/freigHt information
We guarantee same day shipping on all in stock items ordered by 12:00 noon
central time or we will pay the freight for ground shipment. This guarantee does
not apply to items that are temporarily out of stock, items that are shipped
from a location other than our Omaha facilities or to orders that require credit
approval. Your account representative will give you the shipping time of your
order including the shipping schedule for International shipments.
