1.0 Overview
For over 10 years, Laser Shot’s hunting simulator systems have been installed in commercial
venues and homes worldwide. The system uses the latest in laser hit detection technology to
provide an accurate and realistic hunting simulation experience.
The Laser Shot system is versatile and can be setup in almost any environment where both
artificial and natural lighting can be controlled. A variety of software, accessories, and hardware
components are offered to tailor systems to each individual client’s needs.

The Basic Series Camera is a hit detection device that is used to track laser devices that are
fired at the screen. The Basic has the capability to track infrared based firearms which enables
this camera to be compatible with simulated recoil firearms as well as basic inert firearms.

HT Multi Shooter System
The Multi Shooter Camera is a hit detection device that is used to track
laser devices that are fired at the screen. The Multi Shooter allows four
shooters to be tracked independently and simultaneously. This camera
has the capability to track infrared based firearms which enables the
camera to be compatible with simulated recoil firearms.

Laser Shot uses four different types of laser frequencies in order to track four weapons
simultaneously. These frequencies are labeled as Shooter ID 1, Shooter ID 2, Shooter ID 3
and Shooter ID 4. One of each frequency is included in this package. When ordering new
weapons, a shooter ID number will need to be specified one of each shooter ID is needed
for four shooter tracking.

3.0 Laser & IR FIrearms
Inert firearms are laser based firearm devices with Class I eye safe lasers for hit detection. Inert
trainers are non recoiling but have a realistic look and feel. Visible inert trainers emit a red laser
splash shown on the screen with each trigger pull. The infrared inert trainers emit an invisible laser
splash with each trigger pull so that no laser splash is seen on the screen.

Hogans Alley X is a 3D rendition of the original Hogan’s
Alley game. This game is set in at an abandoned house.
Characters will pop out from the roof, windows, doors and
from the front gate. Some of the shooters will surrender

7.0 Frequently asked Questions
1. Q: Can a DLP projector be used with the system?
A: The HT Basic, HT Basic with IR, and Multi Shooter can be used with a DLP projector; however, the
settings may need to be adjusted to lessen the brightness.
2. Q: Can personal weapons be converted to laser weapons for use with the system?
A: Yes, laser dryfire kits and laser cartridges are available for certain weapon types. See
page 10
3. Q: Will the system work with 64 bit Operating System?
A: The HT Basic, HT Basic with IR, and Multi Shooter are compatible with a 64-bit system; however
a few of the games will not run when using 64-bit. Contact your sales representative for more
information. A 32 bit system is recommended.
4. Q: Can the system be operated through a TV instead of a projector?
A: No, the system must be used with a projector and cannot be used with a TV.
5. Q: Is a webcam capable of tracking the shots instead of the laser detection cameras?
A: No, only laser detection cameras contain special software that enables the camera to track the shots.
6. Q: Will the system work outdoors?
A: Laser Shot systems are able to operate outdoors as long as the proper measures are taken for light
interference; however, it is not recommended. When used outdoors the system must be covered
from above and at least three sides with light reducing material. Special accommodations may be
necessary to prevent windblown dust and debris from interfering with the training system. If the
system must be operated outdoors, an infrared cameras is recommended.
7. Q: Is the system compatible with MAC computers?
A: No
8. Q: What are the business hours for customer service?
A: Customer service is available 24/7 365 days a year via phone, web, or email.
9. Q: Does the system come with a warranty?
