If someone asked you why they should choose Logan Homes as their builder, what would you tell them? A. I would tell them that they offer a wide variety of models and plans to choose from. You can visit their models, which lets you get a feel of the home and see the quality of the work put into the home. Building a home from the ground up is challenging enough, having a home to visit and see first hand is huge in making a decision of this magnitude. In addition they have a wonderful design center with a knowledgeable staff to help you with your interior and exterior choices. Q. Describe your relationship with your Sales Representative, Todd. A. Excellent! Todd made the purchase process so easy. He was knowledgeable, comfortable to work with and helped us make the changes we wanted in our home. Simply stated, he did a great job for us! Q. Describe your relationship with your Superintendent, D Jr. p6. Custom Corner Take a look at Logan’s custom home features A. D Jr. was terrific! He was excellent in explaining the process from start to finish. He addressed our every need, easy to talk with and VERY responsive to us whenever we had a question. p6. Employee Spotlight Say hello to Cindy Blunt Q. What stood out most to you during the process? A. I think that the quality of the work was obvious, they kept us informed weekly as to what was being done, had been done and what was to come. There were no surprises at all. If we saw something we were able to communicate with D Jr. and our questions were answered in a very timely and satisfactory way. Q. What is your favorite feature or room in your new home? A. That is a hard one ... we love them all. The kitchen, living area and the screened porch, I think, will be our favorite.
