Happy Holidays from the Administration! In everyone’s November 30th paycheck there is a $20 gift card from Wal-Mart Appreciation for Ruth Barch In appreciation of Ruth Barch, Director of the Pike County C.A.C. WIC Program. Ruth’s loyalty to the program has been outstanding. Her dedication cannot be defined. The employees at the office would like to commend her for the goals she has set and the achievements she has accomplished. Her desire to see that the WIC Program ran efficiently was proven by having perfect State Management Evaluations and earning numerous achievements awards. We would like to acknowledge her thoughtfulness, dedication, and pride that she had for the WIC Program and her fellow employees. Retiring as Director will give her the time she has so earned to spend with husband Jeff, daughter Jill, son-in-law Cornell and three wonderful grandchildren Hayden, Blake, and Katherine. We will miss having her as Director, but we all have wonderful memories of Ruth’s kindness and friendship that she has shown to all of us. We look forward to working with her in a new capacity.
