the oil where it is needed. Lifter valley head boss for extra clamping force between the deck and head (use stud kit #64210240). 2-piece rear main fits all of the popular

the highest specifications, with roundness within 60 millionths and taper being held to within .0003” on all rod and main diameters. All journals have .125” Tru-Form fillet radii. 1” Angalite
lightening holes in all rod throws. Callies Perma-Toughs these cranks to a depth of .080”. This produces a wear layer that remains intact even if reground .060”under (other cranks have a
hardness depth as little as .003” ). Journals are micro-finished to 5 microns or better. The best forgings, the best machining and Perma-Tough hardening. Requires chamfered bearings.

These heads provide up to a 65cfm improvement over
stock OEM versions. The 72cc chambers are great for
lowering compression for applications where a power

Hypereutectic Pistons
This is an all out Hypereutectic, T-6 heat treat piston with machining
features of their next generation forgings. There are significant advantages with hypereutectic pistons in compression restricted classes. The
lower conductivity of the alloy and reflective piston top lowers oil temperatures, reduces combustion heat and pressure
lost. Tight suggested clearances keep things quiet and reduces oil consumption. Lockrings and pins includes at no extra

to 55 r.c. to withstand the toughest roller-tip punishment.Every valve made is hardness
checked. Chrome plated, ground and polished stems to exacting tolerances. Lowest possible weight without
sacrificing strength. Ultimate tensile strength, 75,400 p.s.i. at 1,382º F. Yield strength 46,500 p.s.i. at 1,382º F.

Street Strip & Marine Chev BB 540 Engines
The CNC machined Dart Big “M”Sportsman block is stress relieved. The cylinders are honed with torque plates, 100% pressure tested and brass freeze plugs are
installed. A balanced rotating assembly , including 4340 forged steel large radius crankshaft, 4340 forged H-beam rods with ARP capscrews, forged pistons moly
piston rings and Clevite H series bearings are professionally assembled. A Howards Cams roller cam and lifters are installed with Manley pushrods and Scorpion
roller rockers , aluminum timing cover and double rolling timing set. A Melling high volume oil pump and drive shaft , SFI harmonic balancer, SFI rated flexplate and
aluiminum valve covers, finish off the bottom end. Complete dyno tested and ready to install.
