Stand and put arms over head in a circle

wrap your arms around your body and squeeze
Hold arms out, place right arm over left.
Turn hand around so palms can meet, clap

Bend at the waist saying, BOW; straighten up raise
hands to shoulder height, raising 3 fingers from each
