a design or a mould tool, or you have nothing
more than an idea.
At the design and development stage of a
project we carefully consider the balance
between aesthetics and functionality to create
a product that not only looks good, but also
performs flawlessly.
With extensive experience in a wide range of
industries, we are able to apply our broad-based
knowledge to the development of your product.
How does it work?
We’ll sit down together and go through your
drawings and plans to make sure that we know
EXACTLY what your requirements are, gaining a
detailed understanding of your product and its
purpose. From there our design team will work with
you in 2D or 3D to create a CAD design, or we can
work with your product designers to prepare your
design for manufacturing.
We believe in getting it right, first time. At the
start of every Plastic Injection Moulding project
we carry out a detailed design review where we
make sure your project is fit for purpose, assessing
the functionality, performance, reliability, material
selection and environmental impact.
Once the design review is signed off we produce a
prototype which will undergo rigorous testing to
ensure it is fit for purpose. Providing the prototype
withstands our testing, we will then create the
tooling for volume manufacture and these, in turn,
will be submitted to exhaustive prove out trials to
guarantee their ongoing performance.

busy producing Plastic Injection Moulded products
for our customers.
Our customer base is always expanding and we’re
proud to manufacture products for multiple
industries which include pest control, automotive,
electrical, safety, leisure and washroom. With
over forty years experience we’re confident that
whatever the project, we’ll be able to help.
How does it work?
18 machines ranging from 22t to 800t produce
parts as small as 1 gramme or as large as 3700
grammes. They could be bulk commodity
polypropylene products. They could be high
temperature polymer alloys or PVDF polymers
designed for the most exacting engineering
applications. They could be anything and
everything in between.
The capacity to add surface finishes to your
products, from high gloss textures and chrome
plating, to lacquered, painted and technical
finishes, enables you to keep the entire plastic
production process in one place.
Our ongoing investment in plant and equipment
means we can deliver an ever-expanding range.
So whether your project requires scale, speed,
cost-efficiency or the ability to innovate new

Our shop floor is purpose engineered so that we
are as efficient as possible. With a 10T overhead
crane enabling us to move tools safely to and from
