Timeless design and sophisticated technology are the pillars upon which Ypsilon's success is based. Installation flexibility and numerous types of light emission available enable creating light
lines that play a role as elements of interior decoration. Ypsilon can be installed as individual luminaires or in continuous rows, suspended, wall or surface mounted, thereby offering the
opportunity to work out diversified assembly combinations and meet architectural and light engineering requirements at once. Its superior technological quality allows selection between
direct or indirect light emission, symmetrical or asymmetrical distribution, and even a combination of both. It is supplemented with a wide range of optical components. Last but not least,
it comes in a wide range of colours and finish types.
Direct
Luminaires characterised by a modern essential styling that perfectly integrate into many environments.
Thanks to installation flexibility, they can be used to draw luminous geometrical shapes that become real
elements of interior decoration.
Ypsilon can be installed as individual luminaires or in continuous rows, suspended, wall or surface mounted,
thereby offering the opportunity to work out different assembly combinations and meet the most diversified
architectural and light engineering requirements. Its outstanding technical and light engineering specifications
include a selection, symmetrical or asymmetrical distribution, or a combination of them, as well as several
types of optical components.
Direct/indirect
Direct/indirect light emission luminaires are equipped with top semi-transparent prism-textured polycarbonate
reflectors that guarantee optimum light diffusion as well as complete dust-tightness.
Suspended installation only.
Uplight and wall mounting versions
The Ypsilon UPLIGHT luminaires are manufactured for indirect light flux emission. They can be installed as
individual luminaires, in continuous rows or in configurations including blind structural modules.
Ypsilon wall-mounted version offers further commercial and architectural benefits. Thanks to its reduced size (it
comes in lengths 310 mm and 610 mm), it is particularly suitable to illuminate corridors, entrances or
premises where indirect diffused light creates suggestive effects.

thickness 0.7 mm approx., surface-treated and painted white RAL
9010 using polymerised powder paints.

the upper part, made from very pure (99.99% Al content) mirror-finish highbright oxidised (2 μm) aluminium with PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition)
treatment. Average direct luminance lower than 200 cd/m2, both lengthwise
and crosswise, for observation angles exceeding 60° from the vertical. Steel
wire fasteners. Guaranteed grounding continuity and no-fall retention. Suitable for installation in rooms equipped with VDU terminals. Luminaires complying with the CIBSE Lighting Guide LG3 1996 and 2001 Addendum.
