Please provide ballet slippers with elastics sewn on and/or pointe shoes with ribbons and elastics sewn (performance ready) with the dancer’s last name clearly written in black permanent ink inside each shoe to the NHB office no later than November 23, 2013 so that the shoes may be professionally dyed for the performances.
