OPPORTUNITIES for REVITALIZATION and HOUSING! Taking a new direction ¾Embracing a Business Approach – Utilizing private sector ‘know-how’ ; ‘Best Practices’. Strategic use of public funds as catalyst for investment in revitalized neighborhoods. ¾Ending the concentration of poverty – Developing vibrant, mixed-use, mixed-income communities.
