RPS TL Modular Outdoor.
The RPS TL Modular Outdoor system is a new
Bonfiglioli solution offering superbly flexible
installation thanks to its outdoor rated inverter
modules. Compact cabin design and limited weight
permit installation virtually anywhere, even on
difficult terrain. Thanks to advanced control
concepts, multi-module inverter cabins can be
installed either in groups or distributed around the
PV field at connection distances of up to 100 m from
the central transformer station. This gives plant
designers the freedom to optimise inverter space
requirements, cabling effort and civil engineering
works. Thanks to their IP54 rated design, RPS TL
Modular Outdoor inverter cabins are resistant to
water, dirt and dust. Their innovative cooling system
allows full rated output to be maintained even in
high ambient temperatures and when exposed to
direct sunlight. Compact RPS transformer stations,
sized to suit the number of connected modules
and configured to meet the needs of individual
medium-voltage grid connections, are available in
combination with the inverters.
Das RPS TL Modular Outdoor-System ist eine neue BonfiglioliLösung, die dank wetterfester Wechselrichtermodule
eine höchst flexible Installation gestattet. Das kompakte
Gehäusedesign und das begrenzte Gewicht ermöglichen
die Installation an praktisch jedem Ort, selbst in schwierigem
Gelände. Dank fortschrittlicher Steuerungskonzepte können
Multi-Modul-Wechselrichter entweder in Gruppen oder
mit Anschlussabständen von bis zu 100 m von der
zentralen Transformatorstation auf einem PV-Feld installiert
werden. So können Anlagenentwickler den Platzbedarf
für Wechselrichter, den Verkabelungsaufwand und
anfallende Tiefbauarbeiten völlig flexibel optimieren. RPS TL
Modular Outdoor-Wechselrichtergehäuse entsprechen der
Schutzklasse IP54 und sind daher resistent gegen Wasser,
Schmutz und Staub. Dank ihres innovativen Kühlsystems
kann die Nennausgangsleistung selbst bei hohen
Umgebungstemperaturen und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
aufrechterhalten werden. In Verbindung mit den
Wechselrichtern sind kompakte RPS-Transformatorstationen
erhältlich, die hinsichtlich ihrer Größe auf die Anzahl der
angeschlossenen Module ausgelegt und gemäß den
Anforderungen einzelner Mittelspannungsnetzanschlüsse
konfiguriert sind.

The RPS TL Modular Outdoor system can be flexibly
matched to your needs.
There are two basic installation options: inverter
modules distributed around the PV field or
grouped together at an RPS Transformer Station.
RPS Transformer Stations are available in different
sizes to parallel-connect between 2 and 7 inverter
modules on a common input winding to a
medium-voltage transformer, giving power ratings
from 440 to 1540 kWp.**
The transformer stations feature a robust, smallfootprint design and integrate all the components
required to operate, monitor and grid-connect the
RPS TL Modular Outdoor modules.
Das RPS TL Modular Outdoor-System lässt sich flexibel
an Ihre Anforderungen anpassen. Die Abbildung
unten zeigt die beiden Basisinstallationsoptionen:
Wechselrichtermodule verteilt um ein PV-Feld oder
gemeinsam gruppiert an einer RPS-Transformerstation.
RPS-Transformerstationen gibt es in verschiedenen
Größen für den parallelen Anschluss von zwei bis
sieben Wechselrichtermodulen an einer gemeinsamen
Eingangswicklung zum Mittelspannungstransformator
mit Nennleistungen von 440 bis 1540 kWp.**
Die robusten Transformatorstationen haben eine kleine
Stellfläche und enthalten alle Komponenten, die für den
Betrieb, die Überwachung und den Netzanschluss der
RPS TL Modular Outdoor-Module erforderlich sind.
