battenfeld-cincinnati is a global extrusion systems manufacturer with production facilities in Bad Oeynhausen and Kempen (Germany), Vienna (Austria),
Shunde (China) and McPherson, KS (USA), as well as an extensive worldwide sales and service network. Energy efficiency, conservation of resources and reduction of material consumption are topics that battenfeld-cincinnati has long been focusing on. As a member of the VDMA‘s Blue Competence Initiative
(www.bluecompetence.net) we play our part in promoting sustainable economic development.

Beside the extensive processing, engineering and design know-how, we have the facilities to manufacture our screws and barrels in-house. We also develop wear protection solutions and metallurgical treatments to fit the customers‘ applications and offer test runs of customer material formulations on
our equipment. This enables us to adapt our products to our customers‘ production requirements. In addition, we also manufacture pipe heads for all
dimensions in-house.

battenfeld-cincinnati has an extensive worldwide service network to provide assistance
to its customers in all technical matters. In Europe, a 24-hour-hotline is in place to
ensure that we can provide answers as quickly as possible.
As materials used in extrusion gradually change, so do the requirements for the processing machinery. In our in-house test facilities we provide formulation testing for our
customers.
In addition, on-site trials with our team of dedicated specialists ensure that our customers‘ personnel operates our equipment safely and competently.
Our modern machinery parks ensure high quality.
