Hoots n’ Hollers A Look Ahead….
A Note from Principal Duff
Dear Parents,

Uniform reminders: Now that the weather is finally cooling down a
bit, here are a few reminders:
Tights, footless tights or leggings must be white, cream, red or navy
blue. They must be solid in color and may not contain designs, stripes,
shapes, glitter, etc.
Heavy winter outerwear must be removed once inside the classroom.
Light outerwear worn inside the classroom, such as a sweatshirt or
sweater, must be a solid single school uniform color (red, navy blue, or
white) and, may not contain a logo larger than one inch (with the
exception of the MTA logo).
Students may wear long sleeve collared shirts (oxford or polo style), as
long as they conform to the same policy as uniform shirts (solid white,
navy or red with MTA logo, no logo or a logo smaller than one inch).
Long sleeve shirts worn under a short sleeved uniform shirt must be the
same color as the outside uniform shirt. A white, short sleeved shirt
may be worn under any color uniformed top.
Sweat pants, warm-ups, pajamas and slippers are not allowed.
All hats, including stocking caps, wool caps, hoods jacket hoods, etc.,
must be removed when inside. Any hat, scarf or other winter wear that
causes a distraction or disruption to the learning environment is
prohibited.
Please email or call if you have any questions regarding the uniform policy.
