Board of Directors: the decision-making body
With 13 members appointed for six-year terms, the Board of Directors includes representatives of
three local authorities:
The General Council of Hauts-de-Seine (7 members)
The City of Courbevoie (3 members)
The City of Puteaux (3 members)
Among its other duties, the Board determines policy directions, approves Defacto’s income and
expenditures, authorizes borrowing and approves agreements concluded with partners (central
state, municipalities, etc.). The Board elected Patrick Devedjian, President of the General Council of
Hauts-de-Seine, as Chairman.
Its two vice-chairmen are Joëlle Ceccaldi-Raynaud, Mayor of Puteaux, and Jacques Kossowski, Mayor
of Courbevoie and Member of Parliament.
