We at Geevers Auto Parts are focused on constantly adapting our
organisation to your needs and requirements. Like our clients, we
are permanently on the move. We require our staff to continually
do their best to provide you with the service and performance
that you expect from us, and we trust that we live up to your
expectations.
In this new magazine, we would like to inform you about our
company, about who we are and why we believe the service
we provide is so important. From your comments about our last
magazine, we know that you would like to learn more about your
Benelux colleagues. That is why we once again requested many
of them to speak about their experiences.

An ultra-modern company in the
Belgian province of Luxembourg
The famous town of Bastogne is located in the Belgian province of Luxembourg. The town is
situated on a ridge in the Ardennes and, because it is surrounded by beautiful nature, is very
popular with holidaymakers. However, Bastogne is also a bustling regional trading centre,
and houses the fantastic AZ Partners carbody shop at Rue de la Dreve in Industrial Park II.
A second branch was opened nearby Weyler (Arlon) in 2009, symbolising the dynamic
entrepreneurship of the two managers, Pierre Adam and Jean-Bernard Zeler.

Pierre Adam: ‘’In our 1500 m² unit in
Bastogne, we repair on average 35
cars per week. In Weyler, this number
is around 20. So all in all our capacity
is large and we are very happy that we
always have a lot of work. We need it too,
because we have 23 skilled employees
and need a large turnover. We are,
therefore, investing heavily in their
professional qualities, and obviously
we make sure that our employees have
access to the most modern equipment.’’
Jean-Bernard Zeler: ‘’We also invest
heavily in our brand, and our greatest
compliment is the crucially important
word-of-mouth advertising provided
by our satisfied clients. After all,
satisfied clients talk to others, and
we have acquired an important
percentage of our clients thanks to this.
What is noticeable in our company is
the number of quite severely damaged
vehicles that we deal with. This is
caused by the condition of the roads.
Once off the main roads, there are a
lot of poorly maintained roads in this
vast forested area. The severe climate,
with a lot more snow than elsewhere
in Belgium, and of course wild animals,
also make a contribution.’’

A beautiful and ultra modern new building in
the far north of North Holland
DUYNKER BODYSHOP
DEN HELDER
Since May 2013 Duynker Bodyshop has been housed in a brand
new building on the Blokmakersweg in Den Helder under the
inspiring leadership of Edo Pruim. The company was founded in
1948 by Siem Duynker in Hippolytushoef, and has a rich history.
After several relocations and acquisitions, it has developed into the
impressive bodyshop that can be seen today.
“When I was making plans for the
new building, I was inspired by at
least ten colleagues who in recent
times committed themselves to a
new building,” says Edo. The result is
this amazing building. Everything has
been thought out and the result is a
property that was built and furnished
with incredible efficiency. That even
the smallest details have been taken
into consideration was clear when we
asked about the reason for the sloping
window sills. Edo: “Nothing can be put
there that doesn’t belong there, which
stimulates neatness and tidiness.”
Besides putting in a lot of hard work for
his company, Edo is also a big fan of fast
cars. A while back, he managed to buy
Wesley Sneijder’s BMW M3 Convertible.
Edo says with a laugh: “Once I went to
Amsterdam in it, but it broke down so
I had to leave it on the hard shoulder.
When I got back, the roof had been
cut open and all the stuff had been
taken out. I’d forgotten that I was in
Amsterdam!”

Geevers supplies Edo with about 85% of the parts it needs. “The daily supply of all brands by one driver at a fixed time
of day provides us with a lot of efficiency benefits. We no longer need to remove somebody 20 times a day from their
work to accept parts, check everything and do a lot of administrative paperwork. Now it’s just once a day”, according
to Edo Pruim. Edo: “In addition, the mix of original and MQ Line components offers interesting benefits in terms of
margins. We work for all types of clients, also the well-known leasing companies, and are independent in the type of
clients we want to attract, as well as those we already serve.
We handle about 30 cars a week, but we expect that to grow to 40 or more cars per week with the move to the new
premises. It is obvious that we have to be able to work quickly and efficiently after the move. In Geevers’ client service
department there are people with years of experience in selecting and supplying parts. We deal with one contact in
Veldhoven who takes care of all of our questions regarding the ordering of spare parts. That works perfectly, we are
very satisfied.”

including 30 Geevers drivers in Geevers vans and trucks

You can report the total vehicle damage to the client
service department where 25 employees are at your
disposal to ensure that your parts orders are dispatched
smoothly and efficiently.
An enormous quantity of parts are stocked and can be
delivered within 24 hours throughout the Benelux region.
All original parts for all brands are available in both OEM
and OES versions. This means original parts in original
packaging or brand packaging. There is also the unique
and extensive range of parts in the MQ line. These are
parts that have been approved as equivalent to original
parts by independent testing institutes. Finally, a
good quality alternative part is available for older
cars and cheaper repairs.
The central warehouse covers 35,000 m², and is located
close to the border between Belgium and the Netherlands.

Based in Tielt, a central town between
Ghent, Bruges and Kortrijk
In 1974, Bernard Biebuyck founded the Biebuyck Bodyshop in West Flanders. Nearly three
decades later, the company has an extensive and loyal list of clients who remain very pleased

We started doing serious business with Geevers six years ago. In recent years in
particular, cooperation has grown into a partnership. We order products from the OES
and MQ lines as much as possible, which give us a direct purchasing advantage. What
pleases us most is the one-stop shop concept, which saves us a lot of valuable time
and, as a consequence, labour costs.
The town of Culemborg is located in
the Lower Betuwe in the province of
Gelderland. It has a rich history dating
back to the 12th century. We visited
Van Jaarsveld Bodyshop in the Pavijen
industrial estate.
Van Jaarsveld Bodyshop also has a rich
history, having been in existence for
around 80 years! Established by Gerrit
van Jaarsveld, the company has become
a household name in Culemborg and
the surrounding areas over the years.
Van Jaarsveld has represented many
well known car brands as a dealer. The
current owner, Rob van Jaarsveld, has
changed tack and made the decision to
also focus on the car bodyshop.
In addition to crash repairs, the modern
and up-to-date company in Culemborg
also carries out regular servicing and
MOT tests. The company also specialises
in caravan and motorhome repair, and
has a professional industrial paint shop.

European Trademark and is exclusively owned by Geevers

The MQ line range of body parts is by far the complete

parts approved as original equivalent by independent
testing organisations such as TÜV, Thatcham and Centro
Zaragoza.
If requested, Geevers Auto Parts can ‘custom mix’ orders,

Niederkorn is a small town in the
canton of Esch-zur-Alzette in the
Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. It is
not far from the capital, and right
next to both the French and Belgian
borders. In Niederkorn we visited the
impressive company ASN Collé.

system. The most loyal clients have

to all staff because of their A-status.
This A stands within the company for
A-doption. In other words, this client is
adopted by each employee that deals
with the client. Service-plus is activated!
This service is of the highest order and
remains as long as the commitment
continues to be mutual. One
permanent client service department
employee is attached to the A-doption
client, with permanent back-up. This
employee does everything for the
client, and ensures that everything
runs to the satisfaction of the client.
There is a permanent field employee,
and a permanent driver who delivers
parts every morning or night as early as
possible. The support departments also
ensure that things can run quickly and
smoothly.
Order forms sent by e-mail during the
night make clear at the start of work
which parts will be delivered by the
Geevers driver in the morning so that
work can be perfectly planned. The
same applies to periodic deliveries,
if necessary several times a day, upto-date e-mails about any backorder
deliveries, expected delivery dates, etc.

We interview Ger Vissers, Commercial Director of the
company.
Ger Vissers: “We guarantee every professional bodyshop

satisfaction.
Of course we are prepared to talk to anyone interested in
the benefits that we have to offer. Whether these be trade
associations or intermediaries, insurance and leasing
companies or other industrial sectors, we are pleased

and damage repair companies.

DAKAR PRE PROLOGUE
Each year, a number of months before the Dakar Rally,
the Dakar Pre Prologue is held at the Eurocircuit in
Valkenswaard. Lovers of the Dakar race get the chance to
meet their favourite drivers and see them in action on the
rugged terrain.
Nearly 200 clients of Geevers Autoparts enjoyed a great day
at the Eurocircuit in Valkenswaard. At 9:00 am everybody
met up at the headquarters of Geevers Auto Parts in
Veldhoven. Clients were treated to coffee and real Belgian
pastries. Then they were given a tour of the building,
and they were paticularly impressesd by the imposing
warehouse. After this, they headed off to the track where
separate parking had been arranged and guests and clients
had access to a VIP tent where plenty of drinks and food
were available throughout the day. The event itself was
great and everyone enjoyed this impressive pre prologue.

Bodyshop is located in the Zegge industrial area in Raalte. The company is a household name for
anyone who wants their car to be made as good as new after a collision. Kroes Bodyshop makes no

owners Remco van der Slegte and Arnaud van der Stelt.
Remco: “Sometimes we get cars here
that have recently been repaired
elsewhere. Some of the things we see
are awful. We would never allow that to
happen here, we guarantee the quality
of our work and repair cars so that they
are as good as new.” Remco has been
with the company since 1997. He was
first employed as an apprentice and
developed under former owner Ferry
Kroes into an all-round professional,
manager and entrepreneur.
Arnaud joined the business in 2009,
without specific bodyshop expertise
but with a lot of business experience, a
good education and finance, sales and
marketing skills. Together they form
a powerful duo that, after buying out
the company in January 2013, have
given the company a new structure
and focus; A focus on the future. Both
are hard workers, often in the company
from 6 in the morning until 6 in the
evening, or even later.
Arnaud and Remco have worked hard
on the appearance and the friendliness
of the premises. This reflected in
the beautiful entrance and pleasant
reception as soon as you walk into
the building. The workshop is laid out
logically with a large, fully up-to-date
preparation area and 2 large spray
booths. “We have chosen to work in a
wide range of sectors,” said Arnaud. He
continues: “In addition to the bodyshop,
we have a caravan and motorhome
repair department, a vehicle window
section and we perform industrial
spraying.”
