ATTENTION PLEASE!
Any food or beverages from outside, consumption
of alcohol in the rooms, wearing swimsuit in the lobby or
restaurant areas are not allowed during accomodation.
No guests from outside the hotel are allowed in the rooms.
Please do not take out the towels from the room.
We are not responsible of your missing items
in the room or hotel. We do not accept pets.
Rooms are no smoking areas.
You can smoke in the balcony.
Rooms are in your responsibility.
Any harm or damage to the room will be charged.
ELECTRICITY
The properties of electricity used in Turkey are as follows:
220-240 volt, 50 Hz. Plug sockets are of
european norms. The hotel has a
generator that activates in 6 second to
provide uninterrupted energy supply.
EMERGENCY EXIT
In the case of emergency (such as fire or earthquake)
use the fire exit (fire stairs). Do not use the elevator.
The smoke detectors in the rooms alarms in any
casualty. Therefore do not smoke in the room.
CHECK IN, CHECK OUT
The check-in precedure starts at 2.00 pm. The
day you check out, you have to leave the room
before 12.00 am. When leaving the hotel,
please deliver the remote controls of tv and air
conditioner, and the electronic door card (electronic key) to reception.
In the case of loosing the door card 10 Euro will be charged.
BREAKFAST
Our hotel serves room+breakfast pack. Breakfast brunch, which
also contains local products, takes place in restaurant area during
08.00-10.00 am. Late breakfast is served
in restaurant in the cost of 5 Euro.
ROOM SERVICE
We have room service until 12.00 pm and
includes cold-hot beverages (no alcohol) and
varieties of toast and club sandwiches.
POOL
Our pool is open to our guests between
07.00 am-08.00 pm during
May-October period according
to good weather conditions. Our
pool is automatically filtered and
conditioned. Your guests can
enjoy the pool (adult 5 Euro,
under age of 12: 3 Euro).
The pool is cleaned by the
robot at 08.00 pm. Towels can be obtaind for
1Euro/day from reception. Please follow the instructions for the use of pool.
Children are in the responsibility of their parents during the use of pool.
BEACH
We have free transfer to our private beach at 10.00 am, back to the
hotel at 05.00 pm. All your needs at the beach will be serviced and
charged by the beach management.
FIRST AID / DOCTOR
For minor health problems over the counter drugs can be
obtained from reception. For emergency health problems,
please refer to reception.
EXTENSION AND
SHORTENING THE STAY
If you want to extend or shorten your stay in the hotel, please notice
the reception the day before. Your stay will be arranged according to
the room and reservation status. This kind of requests can not be taken
in to account if the accomodation is arranged by a tour or an agency.
NEWSPAPER / TAXI
During the stay please notify reception for your
newspaper request (for fee) the day
before. For taxi in any time of the day,
please use the taxi call button at
the entrance of the hotel.
TRANSFER TO AIRPORT
Transfer to airport form the hotel costs 25 Euro at any time.
Please notify reception for your transfer request.
CREDIT CARDS
Credit cards, VISA and Master card are accepted for
payment. In need of cash (for reasonable amounts)
credit cards can be used in reception, with + 7 %
comissson fee. In case of communication problems with credit cards center, the
requests can not be taken in to account.
EXCHANGE
Reasonable amount of USD,
EURO GPB can be exchanged
at the reception. Vice versa.
WAKE UP SERVICE
Please notify reception for wake up service.
Automated wake up service will wake you up on
time by the phone.
DON'T DISTURB/CLEAN MY ROOM
Insert your room card in to
"Energy saver" at the
entrance and activate the
system. You will not be
disturbed if you activate the "do not disturb"
button nearby and over the "Energy saver".
If you want your room to be cleaned, activate the
button that has a vacuum picture on it.
THE INTERNET
Our hotel offers you code based free internet. You are
responsible of your illegal operations on internet. Your IP
number is automatically registreded in the system along with
your name, family name and citizenship number. Please get
your personal code from the reception. You can use internet
in your room or in other areas, it is free.
PHONE / FAX
You can use the phone in your room for local,
international and GSM calls via reception.
For calling another room, use the phone by dialling
directly the room number.
In need of using fax, please notify the reception.
The fee for phone calls (per minute) is as follows:
Local: 0.50 Euro, local GSM: 1.50 Euro,
internationally Europe/GSM: 2 Euro, USA/Far
East/Africa/Asia/GSM 3 Euro, Russia/Middle
East/GSM 2.50 Euro.Fax: /A4 sheet):
Local: 1 Euro, international: 2 Euro.
PHOTOCOPY / PC PRINTOUTS
Please call reception for your photocopy or printout needs.
PC printouts (black and white) and photocopy in A4 sheet form
are 1 Euro and 0.50 Euro, respectively.
DRY CLEANING / IRONING
Please call reseption for your dry
cleaning or ironing needs. On week days
your textiles given before 2.00 pm is
delivered back to you until 6.00 pm same
day. If given on weekend you get your
textiles on Monday, untill 6.00 pm.
The prices for dry
cleaning: Suit/coat/topcoat/overcoat: 12 Euro.
Blazer/Jacket/Blause (without beading): 7 Euro (ironing only: 4 Euro.)
Man/woman trousers/skirt. 6 Euro (ironing only: 2.5 Euro)
For other textiles please refer to reception.
CAR RENTAL
Please call reception for car rental
the day before. We hope you
appreciate us if we can not fulfil
your car rental request in high
season due to overdemand.
SIGHTSEEING TOURS
You can purchase all kind of sihgtseeing tours (cultural and artistic) and get
information from reception.
HAMMAM (Turkish Bath) / SAUNA / MASSAGE
You can get information and prices of hammam, sauna or massage from
reception. We do not have these facilities.
AIRCONDITIONING
For your comfort, there is an ozon friendly,
ecologically designed, extraordinaryly quiet
22 desibel) 410 gas air conditioner (9000 BTU,
with remote control) in the room. It has sleep
mode, hot-cold modes, uses Class A+ energy. Please obtain the remote control
from reception and deliver back at check out time.
PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
We have to be sensitive for the environment in order to leave
future generations a healthy world to live in.
Therefore, we should use less energy, water and
detergent. If you like to give us support on environmental
issues, unless necessary, please;
● Do not leave LAMPS, TV, AIR CONDITIONING and TAPS turned on.!
● Do not ask for your TOWEL's LINEN's SHEETING
and PILLOWCASE to be changed. !
● You can leave towels to be changed on your bed.
● Towels not placed on the bed will not be changed.
COMBINATION SAFE
The use of the case within the wardrobe in your room is free.
● THE FIRST OPENING OF THE CASE
Press "8866" and "A", and turn the round button to the RIGHT.
Your case will open.
● CHANGING THE COMBINATION
Press once the "red" button behind the case cover, enter your
new code composed of four numbers (for example 1234), then
press "A" and turn the round button to the LEFT. your case
will be closed.
● TO OPEN THE CASE
Enter your four number combination code and press "A",
then turn the round button to the RIGHT.
When checking out, please leave the case closed, but do not lock.
THE QUESTIONNAIRE
Please fill out the questionnaire within the file on the
writing table, and tell us whether you are
satisfied or unsatisfied with our service. So you will
help us to improve our service for your next time or for
other guests following you. Please
leave the filled out survey form to the reception.
