ARRIVAL PROCEDURES
The Remède Spa at The St. Regis Doha also welcomes guests who are
not residents at the hotel. While we do our utmost to accommodate
walk-in guests, we highly recommend advance booking for your
spa treatment. Please arrive at least 15 to 30 minutes prior to your
appointment to allow time for checking in and unwinding in our spa
lounges. We provide lockers for your personal belongings while you
relax in luxuriously plush robes and slippers.
SPA RITUALS
Our talented male and female Remède Spa therapists are
well-trained and highly professional. Bookings are scheduled with the
first available therapist. To respect the comfort and tranquility of others,
we ask for cell phones to be turned off. Gratuity is at the discretion
of our guests.

After a one-on-one consultation and skin analysis, your therapist will
design a facial that caters to your individual needs, from reducing

Facial offers a thorough cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage, mask,
moisturizer and UV protection. Each facial is made complete with

Guests of Remède Spa must be at least 16 years of age.
Nail services are available for patrons under the age of 16,
when accompanied by an adult.
Remède Spa is a non-smoking environment.
Cell phone use is prohibited on spa premises and all cellular
devices should be turned off prior to entering spa reception.
Remède Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
ARRIVAL PROCEDURES
We recommend that you arrive at Remède Spa at least 30 minutes
prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you can enjoy the
optimal spa experience. We also recommend showering prior to your
service in order to receive maximum treatment benefit.
Please note that should you arrive late for your treatment, your
technician may have to shorten the duration of your service to avoid
inconveniencing other guests. Full rates would still apply in this instance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel your appointment, we require notification
24 hours in advance. Full payment is required should cancellations
be received after this time. No-shows will be charged as full amount.
