THE TLENTE COLLECTION & VANA CHAIR are constructred of highly resistant
aluminum metal tubes and welded stretched steel mesh. The pieces are then given a ten
layer nano creamic cataphoresis treatment. This creates a very strong shell with a finish

THE FLOW COLLECTION, made of 100% recycled aluminum and FSC certified teak
wood is a perfect example of the philosophy of “responsible design”. Its graceful lines
reminiscent of smooth river stones, and a durable zinc plate patina finish, this line is ideal for

JOHN REEVES, winner of the Elle Decoration Future Classic Award, is a designer whose
passion lies in working locally and regionally on an interactive level where design is not just
communicated but felt. In doing so, John Reeves has honed a particular skill base; travelling,
living and adapting to the various cultures and peoples he meets when working with the
craftspeople of our planet. These travels not only establish a better understanding of global
resources and the relevance a design can have to our global environment.

MARCO DOLCINO
The ARCHES, SERENE, TALIA and PURE dining collections are designed by a cooperative group of Italian furniture designers under the watchful eye of MARCO DOLCINO.
ARCHES combines teak, tubular aluminum rods covered in coffee grey acrylic fiber
Waprolace® (a synthetic recyclable materal that holds up very well in the outdoors). SERENE
combines teak and Waprolace®. This collection includes modular sofas, lounge chairs,
dining chairs and tables as well as a day bed. The TALIA collection has graphite powerpainted aluminum and is hand woven with Waprolace® in antique brown color. The Pure
dining collection is made up of teak and synthetic leather.

Danish designer MADS ODGÅRD brings his vision to the Fusion collection. “Design should
be human and logical in form”. Odgård, a product designer since 1988, is the winner of
numerous awards, including Red Dot Germany and the prestigious German Design Council
award. His work has been shown at the Charlottenborg Fall Exhibition in Copenhagen, and

TED BOERNER
THE MARIPOSA COLLECTION is made from Forestry Stewardship Council certified
plantation teak. The design is reminiscent of early Danish modern furniture.
TED BOERNER began his own design firm, Ted Boerner Inc., in 1988 and over the years his
custom interior furnishings have garnered great respect from clients and designers around
the world. His furniture is available nationwide through Ted Boerner and representative
showrooms. His Mariposa collection for Henry Hall began when Hall approached him with
an idea: to translate Boerner’s elegant Nest Sofa for outdoor use. A nine piece collection
grew from the idea, with additional pieces in the works. Boerner is based in San Francisco.

TEAK WOOD (MARIPOSA, FUSION, PURE, ARCHES, SERENE & FLOW COLLECTIONS)
MATERIAL FACTS: Teak is a hardwood traditionally found in South East Asia, although tree plantations are
now located in different tropical climates worldwide. Our commitment to the environment ensures that only
sustainably managed wood is used in our furniture. See more on the source of our wood in our PDF brochure.
Harvesting and drying processes vary greatly in the outdoor teak market -- we use only the highest quality. Our
teak is properly matured wood where oil content is at its peak and kiln dried to strengthen the wood for longterm use.
OUTDOOR USE: Teak is ideal for outdoor use -- it has a naturally high oil content (to resist cracking or
splintering) and although a hardwood, is not too heavy for practical use. Left unfinished (standard for all Henry
Hall orders), sunlight and air will oxidize the top layer of the wood to turn to a silver-grey patina. To protect
the original “honey color” of teakwood outdoors, a teak sealer must be applied, and re-applied every 6 to 12
months, depending on weather conditions -- see more in our “Sealing/Finishing Teakwood” PDF brochure. In
the outdoors, all wood will undergo a “breathing” process, which will expand the wood grain, in some areas
causing fine cracks or rough patches. This process will smooth out over time and in no way affects the durability
of the furniture.
REGULAR CARE & CLEANING: When furniture first arrives, dust with damp cloth to remove “teak dust”. It
is advised for the first three months that cushions be removed as often as possible, as the natural oils reach the
surface layer of the wood and can stain cushions. Every 6 to 12 months, scrub furniture with a soft bristle brush,
using mild soap (such as natural liquid dish detergent) and rinse with fresh water, to prevent build up of mildew
feeding on the wood’s natural oils. Teak can be “watered” often using fresh water to help weathering process
develop more evenly. See PDF brochure for more information on removing deep stains or to fully restore
original color of wood. If furniture is covered, use only an appropriate “breathable” cover for teak wood. Henry
Hall Designs sells covers for our furniture -- please inquire.
RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY: We warrant our teak wood sold to the original owner to be free from defects in
construction for 10 years of normal residential use. Fine “checks” from the breathing process is not considered
a defect; it is a natural process of the wood. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper
maintenance, misuse, negligence, or normal wear.
REGULAR CARE & CLEANING: The table top is resistant to most stains, but it is advised to clean the top
immediately after spills. To clean, simply wash with a mild natural soap (such as liquid dish detergent) and fresh
water, using a cloth. Wipe to dry. As usual, test any product you use in a small area first. Also be sure to maintain
regular cleaning on the stainless steel frame (see “Stainless Steel” section).

STAINLESS STEEL FRAMES (FUSION COLLECTION)
MATERIAL FACTS: Henry Hall Designs uses Electropolished AISI 316L Stainless Steel in the Fusion collection,
and Electropolished AISI 304L in the Fusion collections.
OUTDOOR USE: Stainless steel is a great choice for those looking for durable and stylish furniture that holds up
to frequent cleanings. Our metal frames are designed for outdoor use and are treated with a protective layer to
provide a high level of resistance to rust. Starting in 2006, all frames are exclusively offered in “electropolished”
finish - a treatment which adds further weather resistant qualities to the steel and a simultaneous smoothing and
brightening of the metal surface. However, many people are surprised to learn that all stainless steel can be
“stained” in certain environments! If you have any questions about the specifics of your environment, please
contact our office and we would be happy to assist in your selection. In general, we highlight three areas of use
and care: (1) standard use; (2) volatile environments use; or (3) coastal waterfront use.
(1) STANDARD CARE & CLEANING: Furniture that is used inland with little or no direct exposure to salt water
or chlorinated water. A monthly cleaning is required to remove natural deposits (such as salt or dirt), which can
damage the frame and lead to deterioration. Using fresh water only, simply spray the frames down thoroughly,
at a high hose pressure. Dry with a cloth to avoid water spots. Residential warranty applies to this environment.
(2) VOLATILE ENVIRONMENTS CARE & CLEANING: Furniture that is used in (A) windy coastal areas (but not
directly on the coast) with blowing sand and salt water particles in the air or; (B) exposed directly to chlorinated
water (i.e. regularly splashed from a pool or enclosed heated pools where chlorine can hang in the air.) A regular
weekly cleaning as described above is required to maintain ideal frame condition. Residential warranty applies
to this environment.
(3) COASTAL WATERFRONT CARE & CLEANING: Furniture that is used directly on the coast. Special
consideration should be used when selecting stainless steel -- regular cleanings cannot be overlooked. In these
environments a weekly cleaning is required (as described above) and it is advisable to often use a sponge and
mild soap (such as natural liquid dish detergent) to more thoroughly clean off any deposits. We do not offer a
residential warranty against rust for frames used in this environment. For deeper cleaning, please refer to our full
PDF brochure for details. Never use industrial pressure washers, abrasive products, or cleaners with bleach or
chlorine when cleaning any type of stainless steel.
RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY: We warrant our electropolished stainless steel sold to the original owner to be free
from defects in construction and materials for 2 years of normal residential use, when not used directly on the
coast and when regular cleaning is being maintained. If the steel frame is not electropolished, this warranty does
not apply. These warranties do not apply to damage resulting from improper maintenance, misuse, negligence,
or normal wear.
WAPROLACE® (SERENE COLLECTIONS)
MATERIAL FACTS: WaProLace® is a high-quality synthetic and weatherproof fiber hand-woven on aluminum frame.
Its name comes from the combination of the words “waterproof” and “lace”. Tested in qualified laboratories, three
years of constant exposure to atmospheric agents and UV rays, without any colour alteration. Resistant to any chloride
solution, like salted or chlorinated water, and ingredients most common in suntan creams and oils.
OUTDOOR USE: Resistant to temperatures from -70°C to + 80°C. Entirely made of polyethylene, it is 100%
recyclable and, in case of combustion, does not produce toxic substances.
REGULAR CARE & CLEANING: Use natural soaps or detergents
RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY: We warrant the WaProLace® based products in the Collections sold to the original
owner to be free from defects in material and construction for 3 years of normal residential use. This warranty
does not apply to damage resulting from improper maintenance, misuse, negligence, or normal wear.
TEMPOTEST (ARCHES COLLECTIONS)
MATERIAL FACTS: Tempotest is specifically designed for outdoor use. It is a mold resistant, soil resistant, oil and
water-repellent with Teflon finishing material on an aluminum frame. Composed of 100% solution dyed outdoor
acrylic fiber
REGULAR CARE & CLEANING: Use natural soaps or detergents and a sponge. Rinse with fresh water. Do not
clean using any type of abrasive agent or scouring pad.

ZINC PLATED ALUMINUM (FLOW COLLECTION)
MATERIAL FACTS: The frames used in the Flow collection are made of solid sand cast aluminum. The frames
are then coated with a zinc plating. The zinc plating results in a beautiful patina finish, and also adds an extra
layer of protection against extreme conditions. The zinc plate patina will darken slightly over time.
OUTDOOR USE: The cast aluminum is the same high quality used in Honda engines, and can take any and
all of the elements. Because the frames are aluminum, they will not rust. The hardware is steel and has been
finished in a black protective powdercoat. These parts are in very discreet areas, and will retain strength even if
some discoloration occurs.
REGULAR CARE & CLEANING: To clean, simply wash with natural-based soap and a sponge or soft brush.
Rinse with fresh water. We recommend that furniture be cleaned at least on a yearly basis. Do not clean using
any type of abrasive agent or scouring pad, which will wear through the zinc plate patina.
RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY: We warrant the frames used for Flow sold to the original owner to be free from
defects in material and construction for 2 years of normal residential use. This warranty does not apply to
damage resulting from improper maintenance, misuse, negligence, or normal wear.
METAL TUBE AND EXPANDED METAL MESH (TLENTE COLLECTION)
MATERIAL FACTS: The Tlente collection is constructed of highly resistant metal tubes and welded stretched
metal mesh. All components are made by advanced CNC technology. The pieces are then de-greased and
cleaned in preparation for the nanoceramics and cataphoresis treatments. Each piece is painted with a powder
coating with a high mechanical resistance, and then cured to guarantee a solid adherence to each painted piece.
OUTDOOR USE: The Tlente collection is perfect for outdoors. There are no problems both under low and high
temperatures, however we strongly recommend to keep the items away from heat sources. Items used in certain
areas, such as close to salt water, chlorine pools, and airports are subject to small oxidation at the welding points
and at the feet, and should be considered normal.
REGULAR CARE & CLEANING: To clean, simply wash with natural-based soap and a sponge or soft brush.

BATYLINE® MESH (FUSION COLLECTION)
MATERIAL FACTS: Batyline® mesh is a French made material used in selected collections for its comfort and
ease of replacing. Batyline® is an extremely durable and high quality material consisting of a polyester fiber
covered by a coating of PVC, making it highly resistant to tearing.
OUTDOOR USE: The flexibility of material is ideal for clients wishing to avoid the need for cushions. Sagging
is minimal as it has a maximum stretch of 3%. It is 100% synthetic and resistant to rot and mildew. It is highly
resistant to UV radiation and fading and is easily cleaned. It can withstand temperature extremes, ranging from
-22°F (-30°C) to 158°F (70°C), although can melt if in contact with a flame source (i.e. cigarette burn). Note:
direct contact against heat lamps, lighting, or other heat sources should be avoided. Material is tear-resistant, but
avoid contact with sharp objects.
REGULAR CARE & CLEANING: To clean, simply wash mesh, with a mild natural soap (such as a liquid dish
detergent) and fresh water, using a soft bristle brush. Rinse and dry with a cloth, to avoid water stains from
settling on the stainless steel frames.

CUSHIONS
Henry Hall Designs custom makes cushions to perfectly fit each item in our collection. Unless otherwise
specified in writing, cushions will be manufactured following the standard outlines, as stated next to the cushion
description for each item in this price list. Cushions are fabricated in Customer’s Own Material (COM) A 50%
deposit is required on the total order to initiate cushion manufacturing. We cannot accept returns or cancellations
on COM cushions. COM yardage requirements are estimates based on 54” wide, solid color fabric. Please
double check on fabric yardage if using a pattern or stripe fabric. Note: We do not accept awning weight fabric
for cushion construction and we maintain the right to refuse any fabric for cushion construction or charge an
upcharge to work with unusual fabrics. If in doubt of usability, please send a sample in advance for review.

CUSHION FILL FACTS: Henry Hall cushions are filled with a standard, medium density, hypo-allergenic
polyurethane foam. A Dacron® wrap is then covered around the foam interior. Our cushions are meant to be
taken indoors or covered during wet weather. If you live in an area of unpredictably rainy weather, or simply
do not want to regularly store cushions when not in use, you can specify Flow-Through foam for your cushions.
Additional material specifications on Flow-Through foam can be provided upon request. However, please note
that even cushions constructed of Flow-Through foam will have a longer lifespan if they are stored indoors when
possible. Please note that no foam, not even Flow-Through foam, is completely mildew resistant. If furniture is
covered, use only an appropriate “breathable” cover. Note: protective covers are available
REGULAR CARE & CLEANING: When cushions first arrive, make sure to wipe down furniture before putting
cushions on. We recommend covering cushions or taking them indoors when not in use, and certainly during
wet weather. This is especially true during initial weathering of new teak furniture when oils will leach out of the
wood in damp conditions. As such, it is advised to keep cushions off of teak furniture when not in use especially
during the first three months. To prolong the new look of cushions, we recommended that you regularly (once
every 1-2 months) brush off dirt to prevent it from settling deep in the fabric, as mildew may grow on dirt and
other deposits on the fabric. Depending on what kind of fabric that you use, consult with the fabric manufacturer
to find out what they recommend for general cleaning, but in most cases, simply scrub off dirt using a soft bristle
brush with fresh water mixed a small amount of natural soap. Do not soak cushion thoroughly, just enough to
get the surface dirt off. If cushion does get soaked thoroughly, due to cleaning or rainy
weather, unzip the cover and dry thoroughly in an open air environment. Remove foam insert for more efficient
drying. Drying time may require several days, depending on wetness of cushion, environmental factors, and the
type of foam selected for your cushions. Large sofa pieces, such as Mariposa and Pure Sofa are prone to taking a
long time to dry out because of the size of the cushion. The best way to avoid a long drying out time is to keep
cushions in a dry storage area.
RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY: We warrant our cushion construction and fill sold to the original owner to be free
from defects in material and construction for 1 year of normal residential use. Defects include: faulty stitching,
or complete loss of foam shape. This warranty does not apply to: mildew growth, or other damage resulting from
improper maintenance, misuse, or normal wear and tear, including teak oil stains. Henry Hall Designs is not
responsible for replacing cushions that get wet when left out in the rain. This warranty applies to our seat and
back cushions only; we do not offer a warranty on our throw pillows.

SALES TERMS & SHIPPING
PRICING & LEAD TIMES
Prices are F.O.B. San Francisco. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Net
pricing is available only to qualified members of the trade. We endeavor to keep items in stock as much as
possible, in order to quickly ship all orders. Stock availability and / or production lead times change daily for
each product -- please contact a Henry Hall Designs representative for up-to-date lead times before placing an
order. Verbal or written stock checks, quotes or freight quotes do not constitute a “hold” on said items. Items
are only held by a specified written hold confirmation issued by Henry Hall Designs valid for (5) business days
or by a 50% deposit made by the client.
GENERAL SALES TERMS & WARRANTY POLICIES
A deposit of 50% of the total balance due is required to initiate any order (which includes cushion manufacturing,
beginning production on special order items, etc.) If a deposit is not received within 2 weeks of the PO being
submitted, items may be forfeited to paying clients and lead times may be affected. If an order is cancelled after
the deposit is received, please note the deposit is non-refundable. Returns are only accepted via arrangement
with Henry Hall Designs and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Full balance is due prior to items being
shipped from our warehouse. Goods remain the property of Henry Hall Designs until paid for in full.
Warranties vary from product to product - please consult details for each material. In all cases, warranties apply
only to the original owner during normal residential use. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from
improper maintenance, misuse, negligence, or normal wear. Contract / commercial warranties are issued upon
request and above said warranties do not apply to contract / commercial projects. Warranties are valid only from
the receipt date of the original order.
SHIPPING
All Henry Hall Designs furniture ships fully assembled. We contact a variety of freight companies to bid on each
individual order, for the best and most cost effective method to ship the goods.When necessary, we will crate
and ship items for quicker delivery at an additional cost. If desired, clients may arrange their own pickup and
delivery by requesting a “will call” option. This option will result in a handling charge which will depend upon
the number of pieces. Orders left unshipped after 30 days will incur storage fees of 5% of invoice value per
month. An estimated ship date is stated on each order, but an actual ship date can only be confirmed within
a few days of shipment. If circumstances beyond our control will significantly change the estimated ship date,
Henry Hall Designs will inform the client of the situation as soon as it is possible. Ship dates are also dependent
on receipt of the full balance due, availability of transport companies to pick up the order, completion date of
furniture/cushions, receipt date of COM, and accurate shipping information. Any delay in the estimated delivery
date shall not constitute a right to refuse the goods. All shipments are insured and shipped at the client’s risk.
Client must inspect goods when they arrive. In the case of damage, document in detail all damage on the packing
slip -- both driver and client must sign off the packing slip -- and the client should keep one copy. Photographs
may also be required. Henry Hall Designs must be informed of any damage within 3 business days in order to
file a claim. Provided with documentation, we will be happy to handle any transportation damage claim for our
clients for shipping which was originally arranged by our office. Once your furniture first arrives, we recommend
before first use that you first brush off any wood particles or dust using a duster or a damp cloth. Keep cushions
off teak furniture when not in use for first three months for preventative care. Please refer to our complete “care
of furniture” section online for further reference.
