In 2007, Joseph Anthony Retreat Spa and Salon opened its doors and in just
five years, this family owned business is now recognized as the premiere day spa
in the region! However, we did not do it alone – we have our tremendous staff
and loyal clientele to thank for our success.
Our state-of-the-art facility continues to provide a host of professional services
in a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere – with an emphasis on personal attention
to each client. By recognizing the needs and requests of our clientele, we have
expanded our services and now offer non-invasive medical procedures at the
JA Med Spa. We look forward to adding additional unique and beneficial
treatments to our menu while continuing to offer the best in customer service.
Over 30 years ago we realized our dream of creating a salon and spa that was
a true retreat from the every day. Watching our dream become reality has been
a wonderful journey and we thank you for being a part of it. We look forward

We offer complimentary cappuccino, teas, juices, fruit, and baked goods.
If you spend the day with us, we welcome you to order a lunch from our café
for delivery anywhere in the spa. A full menu of healthy specialties is available.

Appointment Policy
Service Guarantee
Please help us by being on time for your
appointment. Our scheduling is designed
to permit the maximum time needed.
For your convenience, we recommend
that our guests schedule their next
appointments prior to leaving the salon.
We take pride in all of the service we
provide; that’s why we guarantee all of
the work we do. If for any reason you are
unsatisfied with your service, please call us
within seven days of your last appointment
and we will be happy to schedule a new
appointment at no charge.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other guests and
our therapists, if you need to cancel
an appointment, please provide at least
48 hours notice for spa treatments.
Guest Etiquette
Return Policy
Jewelry
We take great pride in our reputation
for quality products. If for any reason
you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we
will assist you with a prompt exchange
or refund within 30 days of purchase
with receipt.
We recommend that you do not wear
jewelry to the spa. We cannot be
responsible for lost items.
Arrival Time
We suggest that you check in at the
spa reception desk 30 minutes prior to
your appointment so that you may relax,
shower, and prepare for your treatment.
Late arrivals are subject to reduced
treatment time.
As a courtesy to all guests, cellular
phones and pagers must be turned
off while at the spa.
Children
For safety reasons, children under 15 are
only permitted in the spa by appointment.
Gratuity
Leaving gratuities are at the discretion
of our guests and are greatly
appreciated. Tips cannot be added
to credit cards. We do have an ATM
on premises for your convenience.
