The Scot Group trading as Thrifty Car & Van Rental
UK was originally established 40 years ago as a
family-owned car and van rental business. Thrifty UK
has a fleet of more than 17,000 vehicles.
Thrifty’s customer experience is at the heart of
everything they do and the key to delivering
industry leading service is the quality of their
communications system.
Thrifty has 1,500 staff in the UK and currently
operates across 90 locations with head office sites
based in Exeter and many other local hire branches
and airport rental service locations across the country.
The company constantly strives to maintain an
extremely high quality of customer service to
ensure it remains one of the UK’s leading car
and van rental services.
Thrifty wanted better control over their telephony,
from setting up and controlling how their systems
operate to a more consolidated approach to their billing.
