Salmonella, E. coli, P.aeruginosa, S. aureus,

Gram-negative bacteria as intended to minimize risk
associated with lack of cleanliness, shelf life and
contamination.
Formulations shall prevent microbial degradation
during use and shall be tested for microbial
preservative effectiveness.
Exemptions apply to one-off use products or
packages which restrict the ingress of
microorganisms.
It shall be the toxicologist’s opinion that the product
would be safe when used as intended and under
circumstances involving reasonable foreseeable
misuse.
The ingredients used in the submitted sample shall
not be listed as prohibited ingredients or other
hazardous substances as per the FDA
21 CFR 2.125, 250.250, 700.11, 700.13, 700.14,
700.15, 700.16, 700.18, 700.19 and 700.23, while
the color additives were listed in the approved list as
per the FDA 21 CFR 73, 74, 81 and 82
