The Cedar Valley Nature Trail, a 52-mile multi-use trail and
part of the award winning Cedar Valley Trails system, provides a great outdoor recreational opportunity with beautiful scenery and historic landmarks during all seasons.
The area has both minor-league baseball and ice hockey
teams. The University of Northern Iowa participates in
the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and is
located in Cedar Falls.
