Sunset Beachfront Location
Resort is located on the western side of Rarotonga in front of a narrow lagoon with the protective reef sitting close to the beach. In the latter part of the
year, you can see whales playing just beyond the reef. With the western location, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy Rarotonga’s golden sunsets.

Polynesian inspired style suites, each are fitted with modern

The Beachfront Suites enjoy full lagoon views and are only a few
steps away from the beach. The Premium Garden Suites are tucked
into the lush tropical gardens.
The fresh water infinity swimming pool is an added feature of the

The property has its own restaurant - The Yellow Hibiscus Restaurant

Titikaveka Beach.

Royale Takitumu offers 10 beautifully appointed one bedroom
private villas with self catering facilities. The property is spread out
over 1.3 acres of tropical gar-dens and meandering lily ponds and

10 villas sit away from the main road and the island traffic making
this a quiet location.
The separate king bedrooms are air conditioned and fitted with
a spacious en-suite bathroom with spa bath, bidet & shower,
and include complimentary toilet-ry packs. The kitchens are fully
equipped with gas cooker, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and all
quality cutlery, crockery, glassware & cookware. All villas have a
view of the lagoon and the beach is one of the best on the island
for snorkelling and for privacy. There is also a beautiful 11 meter
fresh water swim-ming pool on site to cool off in.

morning teas and champagne functions. You can also enjoy private

This small unique boutique property located on the southern

categories to choose from; Beachfront, Lagoon View Executive

The Sea Change luxury Beachfront Villas are the ultimate
indulgence. Completely private and situated to provide
uninterrupted views of the lagoon from both sleeping and living
areas, all three villas enjoy great views, along with direct access to
the beach and lagoon.

The Sea Change Lagoon View Villas enjoy views to the lagoon
across pretty tropical gardens and are just a short stroll across to
the beach, whilst the Lagoon View Executive Villas set further back,
enjoy views out to the lagoon and reef from the front, and pretty
mountain views at the rear from their al-fresco dining and pool
area. These two story villas are incredibly spacious and have the
added luxury of their own games room.
All Villas have private fresh water swimming pools located in a
private decked courtyard. The villas are fitted with Surround Sound

Lovely Garden Setting
Cooking facilities, separate bathrooms, tea and coffee making
facilities and a feature not often seen elsewhere. A fully stocked
larder which guests can use and pay for what they use on
departure. The larders are well-stocked with dairy food, beverages,
packaged and tinned food.
To help ease the stress load and the planning of your holiday,
your wonderful hosts Roger and Kura Malcolm can assist with
organising tours and activities or your complete relaxation while on
the island.
Onsite Swimming Pool
On site Atiu Villas is Kura’s Restaurant. It is the only restaurant on
the island. They provide 2 course evening meals at the chef’s menu
meaning there is no set menu. Therefore be ready to be “wowed”
by the Chefs choice of dinner for the night. The restaurant is
available for dinner every evening except Sundays. Open from 7pm
onwards. A great time to meet the host and meet other travellers!

Island Discovery Tour
A great way to get an orientation of the island
early in your stay, this tour runs mornings and
is a round 3 hours with light refreshments. Our
guide will show you historical and cultural sites
as well as pointing out places that you may wish
to come back and visit in your own time.

Lagoon Cruise with Lunch
Includes transfers, glass bottom boat trip to
conservation area, snorkelling and then a lunch
of fresh barbecued fish and salads on Koromiri
Islands and entertainment by your crew. Great

Highland Paradise Ka’ara Island
Night
This great historical show operates on Wednesday and Friday nights and is performed on an
Ancient Marae site and includes a short tour on
arrival and meal, along with a fabulous historical show which takes you through the ages of
Cook Islands history, through dance and music.
Includes transfers.
Raro Safari Tour
This half day tour collects you around 9 am
Monday to Friday and is a tour of the inland by
4 wheel drive jeep. Much of the travel is inland
historical roads and will take you to view the
plantations and to areas where you can view
the island from on high. Tour finishes up the
Avatiu valley where a light lunch is served.
Going Troppo Nightlife Tour
Operates Friday night and offers the safest way
to enjoy Rarotonga by night in our FUN BUS.
You are collected from your accommodation
around 7 pm Friday night and given a souvenir
Ei, and a souvenir LED multicolour wine glass
or beer stubby holder. We take you on a tour
of our hottest bars and night clubs. Includes
one free cocktail or beer and during the night a
complimentary snack will be offered. Finishes
around 1.30 am when we drop you back at your
accommodation.
Adult: CAD$35
This overwater Island Nights show with Buffet
dinner operates from 7.30 pm on a Tuesday,
Thursday and Saturday. Transfers are not
include but can be arranged for an extra $11.
There is also an optional cultural show before
this event (5 to 7 PM) at an extra cost of $20 per
person. Food is a buffet of island fusion and
a spectacular show is performed during the
evening. This is located in Muri area.
Aitutaki Punarei Tour
This is a magical historical tour of Aitutaki
delivered by people impassioned with their
culture and history, visiting the cultural village
where you will see how people lived in the past,
traditional medicines and you will assist with
making your lunch in an UMU (underground
oven, before you visit other sites on Aitutaki
including old Marae site.
Bishops Cruises
Operates Monday to Saturday Visits 3 islands
including one foot island where lunch is served
in Bishops hut on this small and stunningly
beautiful island. Snorkelling en-route to the island and also, your guides will tell you all about
the Lagoon and fish life.
Te Vaka Cruise
On the Twin hulled Titi Ai Tonga, this is a
comfortable cruise with excellent entertainment and your meal is cooked and served on
the Vaka you will visit 3 islets enroute to One
foot Islands including Akaiami Island where
the flying boats used to land and refuel. Your
guides will hand feed the huge Giant Trevally’s
en-route and will keep you entertained. Toilets
and shower on the boat.
Rental Cars
There are other options on island and here
we use Polynesian Rental Cars as they have a
consistently modern fleet of well-maintained
vehicles. Rates include unlimited mileage and
3rd party liability insurance. A security bond of
$500 is taken on check in. There is an excess on
damage and we suggest additional insurance is
taken. You can now drive on your local licence
in the Cook Islands.
