ABOUT THIS MANUAL
This document serves as a guide for accessing the different features and functions of the website.
GENERAL INFORMATION
System Overview
The B2B Responsive website is intended to provide various reports and graphs that helps
users in decision making and monitoring the business. It is intended for different kinds of users
such as managers, clients and SCA’s.
The B2B Responsive is a user friendly website that is accessible on your mobile devices and
tablets that has wireless fidelity (WiFi) capability.
Why it is called B2B Responsive
B2B Responsive gives the user an optimal viewing experience, easy navigation with a minimum
scrolling across a wide range of devices. It quickly respond to the user’s behavior and
environmental based on the screen size, orientation and platform.
If the user switches from their laptop to iPad or any other mobile devices, the website
automatically switch to accommodate for resolution, image size and scripting abilities. The
website has a technology automatically respond to the user’s preferences. It also offers a one
site for every screen.

GETTING STARTED
HOME PAGE
The homepage shows the logo, images that is connected of what the website is all about,
and the News and Updates section. Please see image below.

LOGIN PAGE
The login page describe the procedures necessary to access the website, including
Username and Password of the user.
In order to access the features and functionalities of the system, the user must login by
clicking the login link
.
STEPS:
a. Click “Login” link, found in the upper right side of the website.

REGISTER PAGE
The Register Page is used to create new users to access the feature and functionalities of
the website.
a. Click “Register” link, found in the upper right side of the website.

b. A new pop-window will display. Enter all needed information.

NOTE: All fields are required to fill-up.

Once the information are correctly filled-up. Click “Submit” button.

MODULES SECTION
The module section displays all the menus to be access by a particular user.
a. List of Menus: Dashboard, Reports, Charts, Users, Groups, Logout.

DASHBOARD MODULE
This module shows different graphs such as AR and AP Records, Order Transactions and
Fast Moving SKU’s.

This module shows the list of reports to be generated by a particular vendor.

a. To generate a particular report, hover the mouse on the name of the report and click.

This module shows different graphs that summarizes various transactions in numbers and
percentage performed in the WMS.

This graph shows the receiving and shipping transactions in percentage for every
account.

Chart – Vendor Receiving Order Velocity
This bar graph shows the total number of Receiving Orders per vendor. If a user handles
multiple accounts, the graph shows the Total Orders of all completed receiving orders.

This bar graph shows the total number of Shipping Orders per vendor. If a user handles
multiple accounts, the graph shows the Total Orders of all completed shipping orders.

USERS MODULE
This module shows the lists of users of the website and allows you to create new. It has two
sub-modules User Create and User List.

This sub-module allows you to create New Users and assign configurations.

Required Fields:
1. User Name – 32 characters only
2. Password – at least 6 characters long; max of 100 characters
3. First Name – 32 characters only
4. Last Name – 32 characters only
5. Email Address – valid address
6. Contact Number
7. User Group – 20 characters only
8. Business Partner
9. Warehouse

Users – User List
This sub-module show you the lists of users. Also, it shows if the user is Enabled or
Disabled, Groups and Warehouses.

GROUPS MODULE
This module shows the lists of groups of the website and allows you to create new. It has two
sub-modules Group List and Group Create.

This sub-module shows the list of all groups, it shows the group name, description
and status of the group.

1. Name – this will be the name of the group.
2. Description – description of the group.
3. Role Access – the configuration, the access level of a particular group.
