Washington Region I ~ october 2012 ~ District WA
Chapter M ~ Yakima, Washington
Words from our Chapter Director/Assistant Chapter Director
Hi Everyone,
As you know Steve is in the hospital and it looks like his stay will be rather lengthy. I will fill in for
the Steve until the 1st of 2013 and then we will have to have a new leader.
up and serve your chapter.
Now is the time to step
Some upcoming events are as follows:
 November 3rd ~ Workshop Training in Buckley
The chapter will pay for your registration, if you are going.
 December 8th ~ Our Christmas party @ the Branding Iron in Toppenish
 January 1st 2013 ~ New Year’s Day Breakfast @ the Powerhouse & Grill on 40th in Yakima
 Anything after that is going to be up to somebody else to plan. (our new CD & staff)
Chapter M is going to start a Raffle for Steve & family at our October meeting. This raffle has the
potential to raise a lot of money that can help the Williams family with many of their medical
expenses. The only way that the raffle will work is if EVERBODY sells a lot of raffle tickets. Winners
will be drawn at our December 1st meeting.
The prizes for the raffles are:

BIG Thank You to Chapter P; they donated their share of their 50/50 drawing of $285 to Steve &
