The Company must be notified in writing if goods are not received within 10 days of invoice. Claims will not be accepted
otherwise.
The Company must be notified in writing within 14 days of collection if returns are not credited within 10 days of collection.

Claims for manufacturing faults will not be accepted after goods have been cut. All goods should therefore be inspected prior
to fitting.
Whilst every effort is made to colour or pattern match varying widths, we, in common with all suppliers, will not guarantee
exact colour or pattern match.
When imperfect or discontinued goods are sold at a discount, all guarantees will not apply.
We will not accept any responsibility for shrinkage of carpets that have not been secured to the floor.
No claims will be accepted in respect of any shortages that are within the normal manufacturing tolerances of 1.25% in respect
of length and width.
All carpets are liable to become soiled in wear and show apparent loss of colour. Cut pile carpets may show light and dark
patches due to unequal pressure on the surfaces. These are inherent tendencies and are not acceptable as complaints.
All goods must be inspected prior to cutting or fitting to ensure that the correct pattern, size and quality have been
received.
The risk in goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery but notwithstanding this the property in goods shall remain in the
seller until the whole of the sale price has been received by the seller. If such payment is overdue in whole or in part the
seller may (without prejudice to any other rights which the seller may have) recover or resell the goods or any part of them
or any other goods on the buyers premises to an equivalent value and may enter on the buyers premises for that purpose.
As from 1st April 2013, Invoices are payable nett by the 20th of the month following the date of Invoice. Interest may be
charged (at a rate of 2.5% per month) on accounts that remain unpaid longer than 30 days after due date. A customer
shall not be entitled to withhold payment of any amount under this contract to the Company because of a disputed claim of
any nature.
An administration charge of £25 plus VAT will be invoiced to the account on each occasion when a cheque does not clear.
Due to the nature of the product, excess laminate orders cannot be collected once despatched.
Cancellations, cannot be accepted after goods have been cut or despatched either from our stock or at the works. Duplicated
orders cannot be returned as a result of written orders not being marked “Confirmation”. At the Company’s discretion goods
may be collected for credit less a handling charge of between 25% and 75%. Cancellations can not be accepted after goods
have been cut, where the length is less than the width. A 25% cancellation charge will apply to all cancelled cut length
orders with a length greater than the width. Special orders items cannot be cancelled.
All prices shown or quoted are subject to alteration without prior notice. All prices are subject to Value Added Tax. All goods
will be charged at the prices ruling at the date of despatch.
Our guarantees and liabilities are identical to those of the manufacturers of the goods. Our liability is limited to the invoice
value of such goods. We shall not accept claims for uplifting or re-fitting charges in respect of goods under complaint, etc.
No responsibility can be accepted for shrinkage of any carpet or vinyl that has not been firmly secured to the floor. All foam
back carpets are liable to shrinkage and movement and should be laid on felt lining paper to prevent possible adhesion to
the floor and secured to the floor by the use of double sided tape at the perimeters of the room. It is the responsibility of
the purchaser to ensure that the correct method of installation is used as per each manufacturer’s recommendations, wrong
methods will invalidate any guarantee.
The guarantee on laminate products will only apply if they have been fitted in accordance with manufacturers instructions.
We cannot be liable for losses, consequential or otherwise incurred by failure to deliver goods by or within expected or quoted
dates, or in the event of faulty material being inadvertently supplied. In the event of replacement goods being supplied refitting costs cannot be accepted.
Pattern books, and any other display materials, unless invoiced and paid for, remain the property of the Company and are
only loaned to customers, if they are lost they may be charged for.
A nominal fee of £20 may apply if we agree that delivery can be made to an address which differs from the invoice
address.
All prices quoted are exclusive of V.A.T.
