Scientists in Geneva have accidentally created a Black Hole that alters
the earth’s gravity. Planes and satellites fall from the sky, and
communication systems break down. The German chancellor sends a
specialist, named Sophie, to put an end to the chaos. She is
accompanied by Marc, whose sister and daughter are trapped with a
group of children in the Geneva research center. A hopeless task in a
world thrown out of joint?
For the two heroes, reaching Geneva is a tour de force through various
countries in a state of chaos. But it also becomes a time of human
encounters, in which courage is stronger than fear, and people do not
withdraw into themselves, but reach out and act. A time in which the
end is a beginning and two brothers again become one heart and one
mind. In which strength grows out of weakness, and a great nation out
of individuals. In which hope rises up from despair, and great love from
loneliness. A time in which one glance says more than a thousand
words and the smallest ones are simply gigantic.

The high-budget sequel to RTL's sensational success The Charlemagne
Code, which was market leader 2008 in RTL prime time and nominated

Museum director Bachmann has disappeared without a trace. His last
sign of life was a message on archaeologist Katharina's mailbox with
the coordinates of the professor's location. After that he's gone.
Museum curator Katharina and treasure hunter Eik immediately take
up the professor's trail and soon discover he was on the trail of one of
the greatest mysteries of mankind: The Spear of Destiny. Also known as
the Lance of Longinus, the spear is the holiest relic of Christianity, with
which Christ was stabbed by the Roman Centurion Longinus on the
cross. For two thousand years, generals and warriors have fought for it,
for it makes the bearer invincible. The ruthless art collector von Haan, a
descendant of Napoleon, got wind of Bachmann's research and took
him hostage. Von Haan will stop at nothing to get hold of the lance. In
order to stop the fanatical collector and rescue their mentor, Eik and
Katharina team up with their old friend and sidekick Justus, a talented

Germany 2012
When Venice Inspector Brunetti meets a fascinating woman at a dinner
given by his noble father-in-law, he gets sucked into an intrigue of
murder, Mafia and garbage disposal.
Venetian Inspector Brunetti usually loathes formal dinners with his
blue-blood father-in-law, Count Falier. But this time, he meets Franca
Cataldo, a fascinating woman whose face seems stuck in place after
one too many facelifts. Brunetti is impressed by her literary acumen,
however, and is eager to keep debating Dante and Ovid with her, to the
distress of his wife Paola. Unfortunately, the Commissario has a
murder to look after, however: Trucking entrepreneur Ranzato, who
was involved in shady garbage-disposal deals with Franca's husband
Maurizio, is found murdered. Brunetti is shocked to discover his fatherin-law is somehow involved as well, with all clues pointing to the
Mafioso Antonio Barbaro, ostensibly a greengrocer - who's having an
affair with Franca Cataldo! Brunetti suspects he's blackmailing her, and
proposes she turn state's witness against her lover. But Brunetti
doesn't realize he's already in too deep in this fishy case, which is about
much more that just a pile of garbage…

Germany 2011
Berlin in the 1930s. Comedian and cabaret star Hans Zeisig never fails
to crack up his audiences with his Stalin-Hitler-show, performed with
his close friend and acting partner Siegfried Meyer, a Jew. But with the
political atmosphere changing, Meyer joins the Resistance. A few years
later, the politically uninterested Zeisig is forced to flee after he gives
shelter to Meyer's beautiful Communist comrade Frida and crosses the
line by cracking one too many jokes about Hitler. He sets out for
Hollywood, but makes it to Moscow instead, landing at the Hotel Lux.
There, in the legendary “lost paradise” of the Comintern, he is mistaken
for Hitler’s personal astrologer and must now play the part of Stalin’s
personal astrologer. Going with the flow, he hopes to keep up his freespirited, bohemian lifestyle. But he quickly realizes that he's jumped
from the frying pan into the fire: hidden microphones are recording
every word, and Stalin starts to play a dangerous comedy with Zeisig.
When Zeisig is reunited with Frida and his former stage partner Meyer,
the three embark on an adventure that zigzags between love, death
and unbelievable chutzpah...

As border patrolman, he has to decide the fate of hundreds of African
boat people that wash ashore on the Spanish island paradise. When
German tourist Nathalie (Sabine Timoteo) witnesses the arrival of a
boatload of refugees and starts helping out on the spot, the lives of
José, Nathalie and Congolese Zola (Huber Koundé), one of the few

intertwined. Over the objections of her husband Paul (Friedrich Mücke),
Nathalie helps Zola try to escape from internment camp. But instead of
freedom, he finds himself at the hands of criminal smugglers. When
José blames himself for the death of his drug-addicted sister Marielle
(Alba Alonso) on New Year’s Eve, and Nathalie gets ever more deeply
involved in Zola’s fate, José is forced to rethink his attitude. It’s up to
him to decide. But to free someone, you may have to free yourself first.

The Heineken Kidnapping

Amsterdam, 1983. Alfred Heineken, one of the world’s wealthiest

fateful weakness: he feels invulnerable to all those around him. It takes
a band of hot-headed young men to crumble down this wall of

the hands of Rem, the gang’s youngest member, who takes special
pleasure in humiliating and frightening Heineken. When the huge
ransom is finally paid, Heineken is set free. With his ego, pride and
dignity now irrevocably bruised, the magnate sets on an active pursuit
in finding the culprits – the kidnappers’ prey has turned into their
hunter. Heineken becomes particularly obsessed with Rem: how dare

What could a timid, technologically inept electrical engineer, a crime
novelist stuck in the middle of Central Asia, an aging woman dying of
pancreatic cancer, a movie star caught in the whirlwind of a public
scandal, and an overweight computer nerd infatuated with a character
from a romance novel, possibly have in common? It all begins very
simply: with the purchase of a cell phone. Ebling has never owned one,
even though he’s an electrical engineer. Almost immediately, the calls
start coming in but they are all intended for someone else. Meanwhile,
the calls that Ebling makes create a domino effect of minor mishaps
and major tragedies. With each escalating incident, perfect strangers
begin to drift into each other’s lives. Seeking temporary refuge from the
public spotlight, famous actor Ralf Tanner unexpectedly runs into his
doppelganger and body double and decides to switch lives. On a book
tour across South America, Leo Richter, an acclaimed but highly

dangerous, deadly, and almost impossible to fight. In the seemingly
well-ordered and peaceful city of Göteborg in Sweden, a special ops

former secret service agents, KGB assassins and their ilk which are

reconstruction is Moritz van Norden, son of the ill-famed Doris van
Norden, who is planning a hostile takeover of the struggling local
brewery that is now in the hands of the dynamic young Theresa. When
Moritz and Theresa meet, they succumb to the most potent brew of all:
love! But before they can get to know each other better, a shocking
incident changes Moritz’s life: his Argentinean-raised twin brother
Konstantin, a happy-go-lucky “bon vivant,” has secretly returned to
Germany to search for his brother and mother. Upon meeting Moritz,
he accidentally pushes him into a river and leaves him for dead. He
then slips into the role of his brother, particularly savoring the budding
relationship with Theresa. …

The Teacher
by Dominic Müller
Germany 2012
Based on the successful RTL sitcom "The Teacher", which won the
German TV Award 2007.
With his laid-back, unconventional manner, high-school teacher Stefan
Vollmer stands up for his students and fights against the plagues of
public education, against hypocrisy and resignation. His pubescent
pupils are the least of his problem, however.
Budget cuts, recalcitrant parents and apathetic teachers often prompt
Stefan Vollmer to stand up for his idea of what good schooling should
be. His often rough and ready ways of getting what he wants don’t
make him friends with everybody, however. His friend and colleague
Rüdiger Matuschek tries to keep him in line when he’s in danger of
getting in trouble again. The only colleague he really listens to is new
teacher Karin Noske, however, who’s not only young and pretty, but
very quick-witted – just right for Stefan, except for the fact they’re
always arguing.

Mathieu leaves her, and Life As She Knew It ends. She's now forced to

Switzerland 2011
A busy life in the city. A demanding job. Two kids to raise. A husband
who needs tender loving care... Eve has her hands full. And now she’s
supposed to become a biodynamic winemaker overnight??? It all begins
when her beloved Aunt Luce, a pioneer – and some say slightly batty –
biodynamic winemaker, tells her beloved niece Eve that she, Luce, is
dying and wants Eve to take over her winery. Eve, who is just barely
managing to keep her life together, accepts Luce’s offer, seeing it as the
helping hand of fate nudging her towards a more quiet life in harmony
with nature. And though the setting in the vineyards overlooking Lake
Geneva is indeed spectacular, it’s anything but peaceful. Eve still has
everything to learn about winemaking. Catastrophes and setbacks are
inevitable, particularly when she insists on pursuing her aunt’s
impenetrably holistic methods of wine-growing. But she has a sexy
oenologue at her side, along with a horde of other “helpers,” such as
her spoiled sister Arielle, a down-on-her-luck former Miss Switzerland;
the winery’s tough-talking handywoman Vanina; Eve’s sensitive

Crazy About Love
by Riccardo Milani
Italy 2010
Love in all of its forms is the motor that keeps this sparkling romantic
comedy series humming along at a brisk pace. Love in the midst of the
constant traffic of hearts that beat in the streets of a modern city. Love
that makes people bold or silly, that ensnares or enraptures them, that
turns daily life into drama… At the center of this dizzying carousel of
love are Laura and Paolo, each with one marriage behind them and
with kids to bring up. After a rocky beginning, their romance picks up
steam and begins to engulf all of their friends, family members and
colleagues. Among love's first "victims" are the protagonists' children
Emanuele and Cristina, adolescents whose hormones are just
beginning to flex their muscles. Love also brings together Paolo's best
friend Michele, a ladies' man for whom commitment is a dirty word,
and Laura's boss Monica, an incurable romantic who dreams of
faithfulness. As Laura and Paolo lead the way in dealing with the
exciting new sensation of togetherness after several years of
singleness, their example awakens one and all to the realization that in
the end, it's really worth it to be crazy about love!

Germany 2011
State Prosecutor Saskia Henker trades big city life for small-town peace
but realizes that the provinces also abound not only in crime, but also
in bizarre, headstrong characters including a judge with a very
particular style of truth-finding.
CAST
State Prosecutor Saskia Henker has left the big city behind for the calm,
unexciting country town of Büdringhausen, whose name is longer than
its main street. Officially, she’s come to care for her ailing grandmother;
unofficially, she’s looking forward to a lighter work load and less stress.
But with her grandma full of mischief instead of pain, and local judge
Klaus Wagenführ cultivating a particularly relaxed style of truth-finding
and courtroom etiquette, Saskia can forget about peace and quiet. On
the contrary, she stirs up emotions in sleepy Büdringhausen herself,
thanks to her good looks and urban flair. Besides awakening the
slumbering mating instincts of divorced judge Klaus, she also provokes
varied feelings ranging from hot to cold among her colleagues police
officer Schulte, and attorney Johannes. The crimes to be solved by
Saskia and Klaus lovingly reflect small-town life while leaving the
protagonists enough leisure to down a pin…

Big-town reporter Emily Gans runs afoul of small-town fogey Urban

gets to solve the latest crime first…
Rustic Bad Urach is really enough of a culture shock for energetic big
city reporter Emily Gans. But it gets worse – she finds retired police
inspector Urban Fuchs living in the house she inherited, claiming
lifelong residency rights, who seems to talk to his household animals.
But with her typical verve, Emily takes on not only small-town
journalism in the backwoods Black Forest town, but her arguments
with her unwanted house guest, as well. It turns out he comes in handy
now and then, seeing as they're both convinced that no crime may go
unpunished, even if the police need some help along the way.
Especially because Urban's son Stefan is now in charge of criminal
investigations on the local police force. And even in their quiet little
town, there's always a crime to solve…

A Houseful Of Animals
by Jörg Grünler, Guido Pieters, Peter Lichtefeld, Brigitta Dresewski
With a woof-woof here and a baaa-baaa there and a quack-quack, oinkoink everywhere, there's always some furry or feathered creature
demanding attention from the Hansens. It's partly because Dr. Philipp
Hansen is a veterinarian who's just opened a practice in the big old villa
he's moved into with his family. But it's mostly because of ten-year-old
daughter Greta, who never saw an animal she didn't want to adopt.
Moving from Hamburg to the idyllic Black Forest has been hard on
Greta, who faces a lot of resistance from the school's coolest kids.
Fortunately, there's Jonas, also 10, who soon becomes Greta's special
friend. Adventures of all sorts, and usually involving imperiled animals,
keep Greta and Jonas busy: saving a pony, freeing an Easter lamb,
pursuing a would-be kitten killer… Obviously, if an animal needs a place
to stay, it can count on Greta to find a little place for it in the villa.
Unless it happens to be a full-grown elephant! "A Houseful of Animals"
is a winning family series for viewers of all ages – and species!

Kid Detectives – Cyber Attack
by Marco Petry
Germany 2011
Klara, 14, is the new girl in class, uneasily poised between defiant
coolness and a longing to be accepted. Things start looking up when
she makes friends with her classmate Tim, but her rebelliousness takes
hold of her again at a party where she downs half a bottle of vodka –
despite the “no alcohol, no drugs” agreement she made with her
parents. Luckily, Tim gets the reeling, wasted Klara out of the party in
time and takes her to his house. She doesn’t notice that she dropped
her cell phone... The next day at school, she’s greeted with sarcasm and
raunchy innuendos: someone found her phone and posted some
revealing and very personal photos of Klara on the Internet. Her father
gets the police to talk to her classmates, but the boy responsible for the
“joke” tries to pin the blame on Tim. Thinking that her only true friend
betrayed her, and having become an object of ridicule at her school,
Klara forms a drastic plan that only Tim can prevent from turning bad...

by Stephan Rick, Andreas Morell
Germany 2011
It's a beautiful Saturday morning, but Ben (13), Jonas (14), Leonie
("Leo," 14), Sophie (11) and Özzi (13) could care less. They're in
detention and have to spend the day at school. Ben's dad Professor
Funke is minding them, but he's also got to give an astronomy class to
a bunch of teens, the only other children in the school. When the
detainees hear a loud bang, they become suspicious, especially when
Funke doesn't return. What they see in the astronomy class freezes
their blood: masked men screaming at the students and herding them
into a corner of the room. When they try to leave the building, the kids
discover that all the exits are locked, and explosives attached to the
doors and windows… They learn what's behind all this when they find
Funke: the gangsters are after the professor's invention, the nanotron,
which can be used to control people's minds. After Funke is tricked into
turning himself in to the thugs, it's up to Ben and his fellow detainees
to use their wits and cunning. They've got to outfox the gangsters, save
Funke and the students, and prevent the nanotron from falling into the
wrong hands. And they've got only 13 hours to do so…
