Fadhel Al-Shubaini Contracting Establishment (FASCO), a Saudi Arabian contracting company
under Commercial Registration 2053016999. The company was established on 27 / 05 / 1424 Hijri.
FASCO had been one of the leading contractor in Jubail and offers a variety of services for
construction, engineering, operation, and maintenance of residential, commercial, industrial,
electrical work, instrumentation, mechanical, roads, lighting, water and sanitation work. We have
also started our trading and contracting services, industrial and project support services, supply,
installation and maintenance on refractory and insulation works in various construction projects
and clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
With the knowledge and skills of our specialists, we are able to provide trouble-free refractory
processes in all main kinds of refractory technologies, including:

We provide thermal and cooling insulation, including surface finishing with an emphasis on heatsaving, environmental protection and safety of the attending personnel against burn injuries.
We provide insulation works in all industrial branches, including insulation of steam pipelines,
heat distribution, apparatuses, tanks, technological distribution for different media, airconditioning equipment, insulation of boilers, electro filters, furnaces, chemical and
petrochemical pipeline.
When dealing with projects, no matter what their size or scope, we know we are fully responsible
and therefore place enormous emphasis on the safety of our refractory and insulating works. Our
personnel are educated on a regular basis and undergo detailed training, which has helped us to
achieve our 'zero accident' track record.
FASCO management, engineers and staff are comprised of highly experienced employees from
professional level down to technical and skilled personnel in different fields of responsibilities.

Establishment (FASCO), a Saudi Arabian contracting company under Commercial
Registration 2053016999. The company was established on 27 / 05 / 1424 Hijri Calendar
as a general contractor for the construction industry.
FASCO is a name synonymous with building excellence through strategic partnership with
clients, consultants and the government. Our operations span virtually across every aspect
of project planning and construction, including preliminary operations, planning
management, environment impact assessment, design, safety management and
environmental monitoring.
Our focus is to balance our interests of our employees, associates, clients etc. Work in a

Safety begins with teamwork and we at Fadhel Al-Shubaini Contracting Establishment
(FASCO) believe that accidents are indeed waiting to happen. That’s why we are proactive
rather than reactive. Therefore we are committed to implementing and maintaining
Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems. The management of
FASCO realizes that standards of QHSE are integral elements of efficient business
management objectives and contribute to the operational efficiency and overall
profitability of the company.
The integrated QHSE Management Systems are subject to continuous review and
improvement by a dedicated QHSE team and they adhere to the latest codes, standards
and practices and adopting the same where applicable.
Safety is more than a priority at FASCO. We believe that all accidents are preventable and
are committed to providing a safe working environment for all its employees. Adequate
information, guidance, training and supervision are provided to carry our tasks with
utmost safety. A safe environment is conducive to growth and leads to greater levels of
efficiency. All activities are aimed to be conducted in a safe manner by providing

investigating and reporting incidents related to Health, Safety and Environment.

Saudization Policy
As per the Ministry of Labor regulation, we are strictly following and promptly
maintaining adequate percentage of Saudi national personnel always. We strictly follow
the Council of Ministry regarding the local employment. Further FASCO aims to maximize
and to increase the percentage of Saudi nationals from time to time.
Our training process confirms our attention to provide necessary training to upgrade and
to ensure the highest possible level of performance in order to achieve our objectives and
also serve our customers. Our training programme curriculum includes not only
theoretical training but also hands on job training. We are training them on various fields
i.e. scaffolding course, rigging, fire safety & environment programme etc. We have also
incorporated orientation on safety, language course on English, work ethics, personal
improvement and development.
We always strictly follow the Saudization policy and can assure that required percentage
by PR will be maintained throughout the contract period.

FASCO is one of the leading Refractory Specialists. Our Refractory team is experienced in
all types of Refractory Application and insulation in line with preset time schedules &
undertaking complete turnkey project.
